I had been seriously debating priorities for Friday. Now I need to get my car taken care of. It needs the tag updated, taillights and turn signals fixed, inspection, tune-up and oil change before I make my trip. But come on, there are some things that are just too important to neglect, such as:
1. The Landing of The Mothership. (The massive Victoria's Secret store opening at NorthPark Mall--translated to your Earth language). From the looks of it, I could easily land the ship in any of the docking bays. The enormity of The Mothership is not to be mocked. I think several ships could dock inside and there would still be room for browsing. Unfortunately my ship is without an engine large enough to launch it and so I will just have to make a trip with the Volkswagon pod-ship.
2. The Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban trailer was to be shown in theaters on Friday.
Oh the dilemma! Both on Friday? A Choice had to be made. Luckily, I have my sources and the Harry Potter trailer was located and apprehended last night. Problem solved. I could go on and on about how very cool the trailer is, but as I have just checked my ship's log, I see that the Mothership lands today! How I could have made such an error, I do not know. I must hurry to make it in time.
I might just have to *cough* call in to work. No, no. I can just hurry. Later, earthlings!
