I have one week to go before I'm done with the nicotine patches - or rather, supposed to be done with them anyway. wink
For the most part, they work very well and have been largely successful in controlling my craves. However I still crave a smoke badly after being stuck in a vehicle with my brother for any length of time (yeah, don't ask) or when I'm having a Guinness. The good thing though is that with the patches, ONE smoke is enough to handle that crave, where without them I could easily go through a half a pack. So I'm still calling it a win because I'm not going to beat myself up over having 3 smokes in a month and a half's time.

Also - the weather is finally warming up here and I've pulled Bruiser out of the garage and gone for a ride. Yay! I'll start tracking my rides again in May.
