but yes. Hello, first weekend shift of the new month.
news was mysteriously missing this morning, just did some stuff from yesterday afternoon's feed.
ended up going to Sioux Falls yesterday for a "Sexy Girls' Night" with mis chicas. Ate supper (ZOMG STEAK!) at Applebee's, then went shopping~~
got 2 pairs of shoes. One boots w/o a heel, the other Champion slip-ons. I need to return them; got the wide ones thinking they fit better, but i changed my mind this morning walking to work in them. T.T
today will be chaos. At least my hair is awesome for once, surprisingly. (!!! whee )
on air until noon. then work at 55th until 2. Nap and such probably, first pep band game of the year at 5. Then hopefully outta there by 6, and then costume prep for the dance tonight, which starts at 10.
Bethany and I are dressing as Walmart employees. Emily is going as the chick from Gotye's Somebody That I Used to Know video... that's where all of the costume prep is going towards haha. she has to be painted.

this week have a lot going on, including makeup work ahead of time for missing class on Thursday and Friday for the Business Club fall trip.
speaking of clubs, wanted to apply to be a leader for the Communication Club this year because they desperately need someone who knows what they're doing & has experience with leading, but after I missed the deadline to apply (??), I'm second-guessing my desire to.
I don't have any time to lift a club off the ground in addition to a business, and keep my grades up while doing all of this s**t, and still do a decent job.

pre-reg for next semester starts Tuesday.

on the plus, small group stuff will be done before Thanksgiving, and not many teachers have homework assigned over turkey break. Should be a nice break, with an even nicer paycheck at the end of the month. :]
already planning what needs to be done during it haha. Just a few homework-related things, and formally applying for CMC and prep for AMOR probably.
not going home at all.
find it funny how I kinda figured from the beginning that this would happen.
Me: "I'll see you at Christmas!"
Mom: "Thanksgiving is before Christmas."
Me: "........I'll see you at Christmas!"
