five online orders and two (handmade) clay turtles later, I'm ready for christmas and beyond.

got myself a deal on the Walking Dead season 1 box set, two pairs of nice stud earrings, three of something for me and the roomies, sock liners and shoe heaters for dad, and a 19-in-1 card reader (since my freaking computer can't even read my own freaking camera memory freaking card. *huff*) also made and ordered a family calendar for the grandparents and christmas cards to send out.

and all of it was done in my pj's. biggrin

have a miraculous $100 check to deposit that was 2 years in coming, I guess, so that'll help out a little bit ^^

I'm done, I'm done, I'm done. With the exception of gas. about $40 nowadays for a full tank, gonna fill up a little here, then get the rest when I get back to IA for cheap.

almost broke my car door last night. was trying to back up and I had the door open so I could see the damn cats (hatehatehate), then there was a tree. O.e tree and door do not mix, I guess...

but within 10 minutes dad and lonnie figured out what was going on and fixed it.

... i hope. rolleyes

well my door shuts now, so that's a plus...

fun fact: it takes ~20 minutes to properly style my hair around a crown.

and it doesn't even look that good.

Saturday night addition:

it's impossible to go a day at home without spending money. today I paid for the alterations for my royalty formal and bought a cheap shrug thing to wear for a banquet we're having next week in IA. ^^

i have no money.

so as a trade-off mommy paid for my new phone today biggrin have to do the mail-in rebate tomorrow for it.... hmm.

it's not really as awesome as I wanted it, but it DOES have internet and a good camera and a flashlight and durability. none of which my old phone had haha.

so I am quite content :]

soooo windy here. like 45 mph gusts and the like... snowed for about an hour this afternoon, then quit again. O.e

took karen's car through the wash for the first time since apparently April. O.O
