Bio: Marked with a deformity--his missing right arm-- at birth, Gale fostered his growth in his own sweat and tears from a constant struggle of exceeding people's expectations. Born in an area devastated by an earthquake in Chile, life was difficult to cope with for him and his large family. Next to his crippled father, Gale was responsible for providing for the family day in and day out. Just as things were beginning to look even more drab, luck turned around as opportunity in the form of a military UV rolled around the corner...
Years after joining Sionade, "The People's Army", Gale was chosen to participate in a fully-integrated prosthetic experiment to help improve current implanted combat systems and biomechanics. Due to having no arm in the first place, scientists aboard the universal fleet of Sionade believed him to hold the least liabilities when the experiments commenced as well as when the experiments were complete. The director of such experiments was none other than the prestigious doctor Nil, whom Gale would later fall head over heels for. Needless to say, the experiment was a success, but due to so many health risks and funding issues, Gale was the only one who obtained the advanced bionic arm aboard the fleet.
So, Gale did not obtain his prosthetic arm until years after joining, but a mere year and a half after obtaining such a device, he became a heavily decorated and envied veteran. He was also "honored" with the position of the fourth exclusive member of Sionade's elite military operations reserve party, the "Amadeus". He is considered to be the most loyal of the four space hounds, never failing the higher-ups in mission succession.
The real truths behind the mysterious affairs of the Amadeus, however, remain unknown, even to staff. Naturally, the Amadeus crew learns to be reserved and evasive.
Personality: His furrowed brows say it all: he does not waste his time messing around. Not too often, anyway. Serious, agile-minded, but humble, he is hardly one to reckon with.
He'll smile only if the joke is really crude and disgusting. And he'll make a lot of those jokes himself.
Outfits: Not only does he habitually flirt with Nil, but he often wears tight shirts to distract him during work as well. Other than that, Gale is pretty formal (slacks, service uniform) about dress. The armor shown is still in its design phase, so feel free to tinker with it all you like, but string along the lines of mobility and flexibility (nothing heavy and chunky for Gale). Drawn in either armor, uniform, or civvies is fine.
Simplify his prosthetic as much as you need : ) You can also draw him armless since technically he was born without it anyway.

Bio: Son of Sionade's renowned and KIA captain, Donnaly Patterson, Nil is revered with utmost respect and regard. He is considered a prodigy in the world of science, a master of biology and engineering. For one so prestigious as his father, though, he spends quite a lot of time at home looking up cute men on his little laptop...
When the news of Nil's father's untimely death came, it struck Nil cold. Unsatisfied with the explanations for his father's death, he desperately searched data encryption and top secret files for answers in vain. Bitter with hope and failure, he finally decided to continue Donnaly's legacy in Sionade by committing himself to their lucrative advancement of biomechanics and nanotechnology. Perhaps there, he would have access to certain pieces of information he couldn't retrieve on his home laptop.
He became Sionade's new Director of R&D in a matter of months. For a long while, he had forgotten all about seeking answers to his father's death.
Personality: Nil takes everyone seriously out of consideration for their feelings, coming off as rather naive and emotional. Almost to the point of being a doormat. As a result, many flirtatious soldiers take advantage of him. Being highly saturated with hormones, he lets the horde of sweaty soldiers get the better of him anyway.
He's a wisecrack when he wants to be, and is much easier to smile than Gale. When he enters panic mode, however, he'll pretty much lose all sense of civilized manner and hide in his office naked until Gale comes along.
Outfit: Officially, he mostly wears civvies underneath a plain lab coat. Loose, comfortable, and long-sleeves are his preferred clothing styles. Finally, he wears blue-suede shoes. Elvis Presley was a charming man.
Unofficially, think of him as a male version of Lust from FMA, Holli Would, or Jessica Rabbit--sleepy, heavily-lidded eyes, clothes that sensualize his form, and lucrative poses that'd make a boner reach for the heavens.
Couple info: They're both workaholics, but they seek each other out as much as possible anyway. Unlike Gale, Nil does not have as much capacity to stay awake to do much of anything together except, well, sleep in.

Still, it's nice to see the two when they're alone together. They can stare at each other with melting gazes for hours on end, and all the words between them could be said in silence.
