This is my past:
The great and mighty hero of the Draco family line. they have been known for the legendary deeds, and how they helped to shape the world. There was once a time, that by the mere utterance of their family name would bring evil to it's knees. But then they mysteriously vanished, as if suddenly taken from the earth. For three hundred long years, the family remained gone, and after a few generations.. it was thought that they had simply died out to to plague. Not so... Unlike the other children who received a claw mark, this little one was not taken from her family. But given, to her mentor.. On one parasitically dark night. When the moon and stars dared not share their light with the world. By her father of all things, who was greatly injured and soon died after his arrival. To the house of Obilion. The noble found her dead father on the footstep to his home, wrapped tightly in his arms, a small golden haired child.
The noble at first did not know what to make of the small blood covered crying child. That is until he undressed her and bathed her. And he found two very distinguishable marks.. One of the family crest of Draco, the other, of a claw mark that rested on the side of her thin neck.. It was then he knew, that this small female child was destined to do great things. Even with the pure blood of her ancestors stirring within her veins, he knew that he would have to train her harder then he would a normal claw marked child. She would have to be faster, stronger, and much more cunning so that no man dared look down on her for her female sex.
The next eighteen years, he made life for her a living hell. Unlike the other children, he often used her ancestry to push her forward. And made it be known, just what was expected of her and how important she was. He shoved every book he could throw at her, and commanded she drink it down. he'd make her run a bit faster everyday.. He engraved in her brain how to rely on her body to move faster, while wielding a blade, and faster still. And if she made even the smallest mistake.. he would punish her greatly. Not to say he was a abusive man, he just knew what the world would do to her, if she was unprepared..
And her body didn't make her tasks any easier. Especially, when she was blind in one eye. But thanks to her stubborn will power, her genes, and her mentor.. she managed not only to survive, but thrive in the mist of these circumstances. She did not question her mentors wisdom, although there were a few times she questioned his love. Now as a young woman, she has been freed from her mentors hard care.
He has taught her, all that he can teach her.. Now she is on her own, ready to take on the evils that the world has to offer.
This is my Present: Lee is a stoically calm individual. It takes a great deal of stress, and pressure for her protective shell to begin to crack. She is also a very quite, polite, but curt soul.Her voice scarcely goes above a whisper, she is always polite no matter the situation, but is rather blunt and honest as well. She is also incredibly cunning, quick and merciless in battle. By the time her enemy reaches her, she has usually found out three simple strikes to take him/her down. she relies heavily on her quick speed and her brain when in battle. And despite her quite and somewhat cold nature, she is quite friendly if you can prove that you are worth her time.. That is..
A few ways to win my heart:
Music and dance: Ahh, if there is surly one way to crack her protective shell that she has wrapped around her heart, it is through music and dance. Lee Can't resist a good toe tapping tune.
Just about any alcoholic beverage: Nothing gains her favor more then a given large cup of ale, wine in her hand. (Be careful that the wine isn't too sweet though..) Nothing relaxes her more then this, and she becomes somewhat friendly after few drinks.
Intelligence: If there is one sure way to gain her favor, it is if you prove your intelligence. Unlike the other younglings, the focus of her training was cunning and speed. To her there is nothing better then a well played game of chess, cards, well thought out plan, ect. Especially when you know information the she does not know. You can bet on the fact that she will drain you of every little scarp of information your mind holds.
Learning knew cultures/ languages: Again, this has to deal with intelligence. lee is extremely good with picking up foreign languages. In fact she can speak and read several. Although common, is the language she has the roughest time with. she has a bit of a thick accent, and often times falls into her native tongue when frustrated, angry, or just when trying to avoid someone.
Weaknesses:Granted, much like the other younglings, she was trained to be perfect.. Yet she still holds a small shred of her humanity, and is quite understanding when others make a mistake. However, she is harsher on herself when she makes a mistake.. She is meant to be the calm and quite one.. Not the one who trips over her own two feet.
But these will surely push me away:
Sweets: Blerrrggg.. Nothing sours her mood then a sugar coated whatever touching her lips. Why? Well, of that she is not even certain. but for some odd reason, sweets just upset her stomach greatly.
Darkness: Her mentor was quite cruel when it came to punishment. One of the many forms of torture she used to undergo if she made a simple mistake.. Is that he would lock her away in a dark cellar for a day or so... Even to this day she sleeps with a lit candle along side of her.
The sound of a whip: Again this was a device used against her, when her mentor punished her. And she has the scars across her back to prove it! To this very day, this sound causes her to involuntarily shudder.
Stupidity/ or the refusal to learn: A stupid soldier is a dead soldier. Her mentor engraved this philosophy in her brain, as well as across her body. If one refuses to learn from their mistakes, then one is surly doomed to a early grave.. Pure and simple.
Some Extra Info
Anything you need to know: She carries a longsword named Godslayer. She also has a tattoo of her family emblem just above her right breast over her heart. She owns a horse named Starlight, who won't let anyone else touch him... Unless of coarse she gives him a special command.
Lee is also quite a good singer, and is fond of playing the lute. Her native tongue is Dutch. And unlike what you see in the picture, she does not wear an eye-patch over her blind eye or the skirt.. But that's obvious.
