Description: Miho was my first character I've ever created. She's got a little bit of an attitude, and a strong opinion on things. She's loud, but not obnoxious, and she embraces her weird side. Growing up, Miho's father was a traveling rock-star, so she was home-schooled for the most part. (Except for the few years she spent in the boarding school in Maine when she was younger.) And because of her father's rocker background, she is, naturally, a rocker herself. She can sing and has a lovely voice, and her style also reflect her attitude and upbringing. She wears mostly black and white and grey clothes, but sometimes puts in a splash of color every now and then. Miho has a collection of vintage head-phones and sometimes galavants around town wearing them. Currently, she lives in Japan, after her father's band broke up and things started to go down hill for them, they had too find a nice place to settle down, and since Japan is where her father, Vince, met her mother, Myranda (pronounced Miranda), he wanted to move there; out of memory for her mother that went missing when she was four.
When Miho was younger she had black hair (her natural hair color) and wore it in pig-tails a lot, so sometimes I'd like to have art of her with her black hair. She also has naturally blue-eyes, but wears colored contacts because her mother's eyes were green--and also because she likes to just be weird razz .
Miho has a rival that, due to a series of unfortunate events on her part, also lives in Japan now, Nara Mitsume. Nara is taller, sporty-ier, tanner, blonde-haired, blue-eyed, and also well endowed. But its Nara's personality that gets Miho the most. Nara and Miho met in the private school that Miho went too for a short while in Maine, and during the entire time they were there, they were extremely competitive with each other, and had to always one-up the other. Especially when it came to boys. Eventually Miho was taken out of the school, and a few years later, so was Nara, and for a long time, that was the last time they saw each other. Until Miho ran into Nara in Japan, and then the competition rallied on. (For more info on Nara *click here).
As a personal note, Miho is an important thing to me, and as my first character, she's developed before my eyes throughout the years like a mother watching a child. I'm a little picky with art I collect of her, and as such, if you've done art of her and don't see it up here, don't feel offended, I appreciate all art that I get in of her and always like to collect more. I draw myself and some pieces up here with be pictures of her by myself, but not a whole lot because I do like to see how other people can interpret her.
