It is the story of the United States Second Civil war.
The reason of the fighting is more of a rebellious conflict, the "rebels" called the Hunters.
The reason they are rebelling is because of the government. As the United States slowly becomes a communist country. Under the power of a dictator.

This is the story of a Hunter team, "Echo Team" and there brave efforts to restore the United States to the great counrty it had one been.
