Okay i started this a long time ago tell me what you think, if it's any good i'll keep adding bits into my journal of it ^-^
i guess i've tittled it "the city of the damned" for now
i'm so used to writing in third person that i wanted to to try something different- so here goes:
Part 1
You found yourself running as fast as your legs could possibly carry you, not knowing what you were running from only made it that much more scarier, turning a corner you gasped for air, You body didn't want to agree with her, it didn't want to keep running. Stopping for only a moment chills ran down your spine, like someone was watching you, your legs felt like jelly and it seemed you’d been running for hours.
“Wait” you say to yourself in a shaky voice, “Why am I even running, what am i running from?”
You thought it was a stupid idea but you decided to turn and face who or what ever it was.
Your heart is racing a million miles an hour as you see a black cloud of smoke creeping it's way towards you.
You realize that it's not stopping and force yourself into a run again, only to he consumed my the black smoke a moment later. Your vision turns to nothing but black, almost as if you were blind.
You begin to panic and throw your arms around trying to feel for anything, the air is thick and you think you might be starting to suffocate.
The ground began to crumble around around your bare feet, you tried to to notice until it felt like you were standing on nothing but air. Swallowing hard you stop moving and look down at your feet, again you see nothing but black.
You begin to fall, slowing at first, "Oh come on!" you exclaim, "This so has to be a dream!!" you almost scream as your body weight forces you down faster and faster, is there any end? you wonder.
Your scream dies off as you continue to fall, closing your eyes you begin willing yourself to wake up.
You feel something catch you around your waist and it sends chills right though you, you cry out in surprise. It's cold as ice and fells like it's burning your skin, your slowing pulled onto a ledge and cradled in loving arms by the thing at had saved you.
Slowing you open one eye and look up into the face of what it was that saved you. You gasp as you see blood red eyes staring at you, the eyes belonged to a young handsome man who seems rather pale.
You shiver in his arms, before you scream, you dont know why you screamed, your not one that usually would, that there was something about this man that just told you 'Danger'.
You bolt up right gasping for air as your scream ended, only to realize that your in your bed, "so it was just a dream..." you mumble as push all the covers off of you, the mans red eyes seemed to have burned themselves into your mind.
“babe, what’s wrong?” Zack mutters still half asleep not even bothering to roll over and look at you.
“Nothing, nothing go back to sle…..” you don’t even bother to finish, he’s already asleep. Shaking your head at him you place your still shaky feet onto the cold floor boards and push yourself up and out of bed.
You sigh wishing for once that Zack you actually care before heading to the bathroom.
You look back at the bed one last time hoping to see him looking at you, but soon shut the door with disappointment.
Turning on the light you move to the mirror and jump as you see yourself. Touching your face your amazed at how pale you are, almost like a ghost. Turning the tapes on you splash your face with water, as you straightened to grab a towel you froze, in the mirror you can see the reflection of the eerie man that had saved you in your dream.
Spinning around you found nothing and no one there, you face the mirror again and his gone.
“I’m really going nuts.” You explain to yourself while shaking your head,
“it’s been years……..since I dreamed about him…” You mumble to yourself.
You Remember the last time all to clearly, you were about 16 years of age, but back then you weren’t scared, back then you welcomed the 'vampire' you used to make love to him every night in your dreams.
“oh stop it!" You snapped at yourself shaking your head. "There’s no such thing, stop living on childish fantasy’s, you’re a grown women!” You slapped yourself before then turning off the light and going back to bed, only to dream of him again.
Lucian sat outside your window making himself wonder through your dreams, he laughed softly as you woke up screaming and ran to the bathroom, he loved as easily he could scare you.
Following you he slipped through your bathroom window, standing behind you he inhaling your scent as you washed you face, it scent him wild with lust.
He was more than happy to let you see him, he laughed again as you freaked and spun around to face him.
He wanted more then anything to let you see him, but he decided against it and through the shadows over himself cursing his form to vanish. He watched your mind as you membered him from those years ago.
“Hmmm long time no see, my dear Lady” he voice was nothing but a husky whisper as he stared at you hungrily.
“What a fine women you have grown into.” licking his lips he snuck himself outside to plan.
“you WILL be mine.”
It had been far to long, his father had taken him away for training and it had taken him years to find you again, one of the only women in the world that could bear a vampire child.
Turning he made his way away from the house only to be greeted with a familiar booming voice,
“AND WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING IN MY TERRITORY LUCIAN!!!”
Lucian only laughed, but soon responded “Well brother if you must know, I’ve found something I’d lost long ago” he said looking back at you.
“Well well it seems you found one, father will be pleased.” He looked at you throw a window and whistled as if impressed with you.
“And what a fine Lady she is, oh yeah, just look at thos…” Lucian hit him hard on the back of the head before he could finish.
“Ash Watch you language when talking about my future mate!”
“Gez sorry, but come on man, she’s Hot!!” He exclaimed right before getting another whack from Lucian.
“How’d father even have you is beyond me!” Lucian said glaring at Ash
“Well sorry for not being the first Born” Ash stuck his tongue out at Lucian, and Lucian just shook his head and began to walk away.
“Come on, brother we have much to plan.” Lucian's mind was on one thing; figuring out how to free you from your mortal bonds.
“Oh yeah, like what?” Ash asked interrupting Lucian's thoughts as he jogged up to Lucian.
“For starters we need to get rid of the boyfriend.” Lucian eyes grow a deep shade of red, as furry ripped thought him at the thought of you being with another man.
“Lets have ourselves some fun with the boy that has taken position of my property” he said grinning at Ash.
Ash returned the wide eyed Grin, “Just tell me what needs to be done, brother i'm always up for some fun.”
Lucian rolled his eyes, but for once he was grateful for his brothers interests.
