It's 2 in the morning again
I slept pretty well last night. I'm trying to lay off the dairy for a while. I don't know if my diet's changed my sleeping patter. I hope it hasn't. I've been drinking more fluids other than water now, though...filled with vitamin D and calcium. No vitamin supplements yet. It's been just a few days, but I've been eating a lot more starches...and beans...Need more veggies. I reread Animal Liberation, by Peter Singer. That's what made me think vegan. You should probably read it too. Just 'cause, not because I want you going vegan. I'll let you make your own decisions and you'll let me make mine. Wow, that was like, a tongue twister. I'm tired.
