* Kisses and Hugs* * nuzzles,pets, cuddles, pokes*
When you have an online relationship, [assuming you have had more than one], Doesn't it seem all too similar? Haven't you heard it all before?
Well, you have.
The words your new boyfriend are typing are the same ones your ex typed to you. There is no difference in his kiss, or nuzzling or affectionate words except the assumed different person behind the screen. In real life your boyfriend or girlfriend kiss differently, nuzzle differently, smell differently, and speak with different voices and tones. There is a tangible difference that can make the new or old relationship meaningful and memorable. A sarcastic tone is Audible and not mistaken for a truth. A sad tone can't be hidden behind false words. A kiss can be bad or extremely good. A sexual interaction can be exhilarating or painful. A hug can be a bear hug or a one armed one. A silent moment only shared when you're together. Doesn't reading the same words from one person to another feel like there is no change in your life? If your last relationship wasn't a good one, doesn't reading "* kisses and hugs*" from someone else remind you of someone? You might have to constantly remind yourself that these words are coming from someone else. That behind this computer screen, connected through miles of magic... Is a person who is there for you. These words convey their feelings in the simplest and consist way possible. Somehow the repetition can become boring to you, you might lose interest in RPG-ing or cybersexing with your person. [ even if you guys are serious.] You might stop typing out your actions that you wish you could just wordlessly express. Also, your actions might provoke real life mistakes. A 13 year old cyber sexes online. He or she now believes they understand and know what to do when the time comes in real life to have sex. They might also believe that because they have done it online, they are ready for a real interaction. Are they? Does typing out the words to describe what they would do to one another even remotely consider them to be ready for real sex? Somehow, I doubt having word sex constitutes ready-ness for really real man and woman mating rituals.[ man-man-woman-woman-] I'm sure said 13 year old who has ended up having sex after a trial of cybersex has been hurt and confused.
So I'm not bashing Online relationships, Simply Be aware and If you are old enough, comfortable enough, and stable enough to do so.[$] Please somehow meet your loved one In real life. Realize what a wonderful world there is of relationships, sex, cuddling, and silent moments. For those of you who are trying desperately to meet one another, good luck and I hope you can soon. Those who don't feel it's important or are satisfied with everything you share being through typed words on a computer [ or even the phone is lacking] Then I hope you realize what you have been missing..one day.
* smiles *
