As I lay here tonight
Knife in hand
No one truly cares
Blood splashes the floor
My head is light

Slicing through my bosoms
Protruding from my back

But where are you? (WHERE?)
You're not in sight
As it pierces my lungs
You're not saving me
As I slide it in rhythm
To my beating heart
Down my chest

Carving my pains
From my bruised insides
You said you cared
BUT WHERE ARE YOU?
It meets my heart
Spilling my blood
To the cold hard floor

Each splash of sound
