(I wrote this when I was depressed)
Things aren't easy to forget
They just get harder to hold
Everything goes on as it will
It's hard to stand up and be bold
My life gets hard as time goes on
It's darker and darker, like a sad song
Things are painfully blinding and bleak
Without your love, I feel weak
You were the one who held me up
To stand and be tall
When I wanted to sit, you were my wall
You were the one who showed me who I was
Now without you, I've lost that buzz
How can life go on without you
What would it mean, hours, just a few
Things get horrible and bad
Feelings I'm left with are purely sad
Sometimes I wonder why you left me
And if I, unlike you, wasn't supposed to be free
