I want it to rain
To be able to run through the drops as they fall down
To feel it all run over me and not have to worry
The only time I can cry and not have anyone notice my tears
(Not that they'd notice it anyway)
To dance in the rain
Jump through the puddles
The feeling of clothes clinging to your skin
I miss that most of all, I think
To hear the calming melody as it hits the windows
The cold calm feeling right before the storm
I miss it
The smell, sound, taste and feel of rain
I miss being able to embrace it with all of my senses
I miss the rain
I want it to rain
