Soon The sun began to set. Thorn looked over at Harly who was watching the mountians closely. "Were are we going Harly?" Thorn asked hoping it was close by. Harly Turned to face Thorn. "To see Philip and Dottie." She explaned. "They'll hide use for a wile till we have the chance to fearther up an in." Thorn nodded. That plan worked for her. She know Dottie but had never meet Philip, Dottie's yonger brother.
Thorn began to get tired as night setteld in blanketing her world in darkness. She Sighed and raped Shades rains around her rist to keep her self from falling off. The Trees that lined the side of the trail swade as a gust of wind rushed throught. Harly fel backbeside Thorn. "A storms comeing Thorn. Give me your lead rope I'll gide you and Shade, it'll be faster that way." Thorn tied one end of the lead rope to Shades briedel and tosed Harly the other end, who then tied it to her sattel horn. "Hold on teight Thorn. We don't want you to fall off." Harly shouted jokingly.
Harly gave Lighning a good hard kick That throw the horse into a fool galip up the trial. Shade and thorn were right behind them. A the raced up the trail They broke free of the trees and out beside a black mirro like lake. As they race along thorn notice there refection on the glass like serface of the lake. The looked like Shadow Riders from a old book she had read. Thorn then looked a cross the lake at a larg house were windows burned in the night setteled nuggly in trees up in the mountians.
