1)Cross-caden
The year is 2098. The location, Cross-caden, a town set aside to banish the hellish creatures seen unfit for the otherwise perfect society created in the other places of Ireland and nearby countries. These creatures include vampires, demons psychics, cripples, orphans, wounded soldiers, mental patients and anyone else who is ‘incurable and unsalvageable; meaning no amount of advanced surgery would be possible and it would be non cost efficient to salvage organs or fluids from the person.
Every so often a ‘health of the city’ official will show up to decide if he or she would like to take part in the so called sterilization project. Almost every one says yes in the end, though the permanent residences of Cross-caden say the officials are forced to comply and sign their cities up for cleansing.
The town is patrolled by the white-coats, a group of elite scientists who were ‘bred’ and hand picked for the job. They are cold, seemingly emotionless, and incredibly smart and athletic.
Those who misbehave are promptly locked in isolation for a court decided amount of time, usually no longer than a week.
As well as being a place for containing these people, Cross-caden is a popular tourist attraction; after all it is quickly becoming the only place to see anything out of the ordinary.
Because the goal of the Cross-caden founders was to provide a low cost solution housing is provided in the form of a three person jail cell or the occupants are welcome to build small rough shelters.
There are only government issued vehicles allowed in the city limits. Technology is not provided, making it extremely valuable to the residents of Cross-caden.
Cross-caden was built on top of a very old r=uin of a small town. Because of this there are half disintegrated stone houses all over the green over grown hill sides. Also the cemetery still remains and is a popular place with many of cross-caden's residents.
2) Island town
A peaceful lake is surrounded by a meadow.The meadow,though small is covered in wispy grass and small hills. Beyond the meadow is a thick oak and pine forest.Through the forest A large sprawling town lies in a mountain's shadow.The towns cemetery is located at the edge of the town and the foot of the mountain. It has one large oak tree in the middle of it and most of the tomb stones are rather old and tilted. its usually covered by a thin mist. It is currently summer,and the days are very short. the nights are long and warm but not to hot.
EDIT:If i am using Noa and Ren they own the HOTEL which is in between the town and the forest. The bar in the town has an attached INN which is completely different from the HOTEL. if i am not using the twins the hotel DOES NOT EXIST

And yes on the other side of the mountain there is ocean...its a rough ocean and most people never go there.

3) The modern City
The city is old, rather run down, but for the most part normal. There are the occasional horror stories of course. Mysterious murders and disappearances, but nothing massive.
The homeless population is kept under control by a gloriously discrete secret task force known simply as Alley Sweepers.
Though once flourishing the subway system has long since been shut down due to the high number of accidents that occurred in the tunnels. The stations are vacant and open to anyone but the alley sweepers frequent them, and you don't want to be caught trespassing by them.
The majority of the alley ways have been blocked off, making the sweepers jobs even esier.
Out on the main streets people live uneventful lives of office work, mundane fitness, and the occasional street game.
