Sure, exercize is good for everyone and burns A LOT of fat and calories. But sometimes, exercizing EVERYDAY isn't such a GOOD idea.... Here's WHY:

1.) Loses fair weight.
2.) Loses fat.
3.) Loses calories.
4.) Get fresh air.
5.) Get to do whateves you want..Besides mugg and bother people...
6.) Ride bike
7.) Play with friends
8.) Go meet peoplez.
9.) Go over do stuff
10.) See you friends.
DISLIKES:
1.) Cramps
2.) Panting
3.) Thirsty
4.) Hungry
5.) Too tired
6.) Fall
7.) Hurt yourself
8.) Bleed
9.) Whatever
10.) Get captured..
