Well... It's been a looong time since my last entry. To catch whoever happens to read this up with the times, I have been single since a day before the post before this one. I am no longer in college because of money. I am looking for a job so I can go back. And that's pretty much been it. I think I shall post slightly more often on here. And I have been writing a lot of music and stuff since the last time I posted, so I shall post a few of them. Here's one I did in January.

Empty Ship

Tonight I'm the captain of an empty ship
Sailing alone on this one way trip
Fighting back tears on this lonely night
It seems that I've begun to lose the fight

I'm not sure where my heart is leading me
All I know is where is wants to be
Back on land standing next to you
But now it manages a one man crew

When sailing through all the wind and rain
It takes my mind away from all the pain
But when it's calm and I stare into the blue
The only thing I can think of is you

Some nights I dream that I have found land
And you're waiting there holding out your hand
But When I awake and I look out to sea
It's only the ocean staring back at me

The crew is weary the captain's tired
He's finally realized he can't go back for you
Now he just moves on trying to get away
But not giving up hope on finding land some day

Tonight I'm the captain of an empty ship
