They shatter like glass
At the slightest mishap
So sensitive to the touch
Do I care too much
Sometimes
I wish I was a rock
With no feeling at all
No amount of kicking or throwing
Could harm me
But then I would miss out
On feeling the passions of love
Happiness
If only I could turn off the emotions
When it becomes too much to bear
Maybe then I'd be stronger
But I do care
Very much
These troublesome emotions
Little goblins they are
Causing many tears
To waste away
When there's nothing to fear
I sometimes wish
They would go away
My emotions sometimes become
Too hard for me
To bear
