The Sky Princess
Long, long ago, there was a kingdom in the sky. The princess there wanted to see the world below but could never go. Her father told her stories about the world below them, and she was always fasinated by them. The king warned her not to go . H e said the creatures there were horrible beings who would have destroyed her. But she always knew they were never bad. That night after her father tucked her in, she came out to her balcony and she had a plan. She gathered her things and called for her pet cloud. After everything was ready she let out her wings. They were beautiful white wings that shone whiter then a star in the moonlight. She began her decent to the queit world below.
When she arrived , she couldn't believe what she saw. She saw trees, thats stood strong and tall. Rivers, vast and full of speed, and moutains huge and full of power. The next day at the kingdom, the king noticed that his daughter has missing . He called forth a full inspection of the kingdom. A fter two days the king decided to inspect the world below. Back on the earth the princess was playing with some forest creatures, until she noticed a guard from her kingdom. She ran and ran until she came upon a cave. She went depper and deeper into the cavern and at the end she found a family of bears. Dhe asked them if she could stay. The mother bear came up to the princess and looked into her soul and saw a pure gental person.The mother bear decided to let her stay. The princess told the bear her story and princess comtinued to wait out the search party. Back at the search, one of the royal guards came up to the king and told him that his men were tired and they seen nno sign of the princess, but the king didn't care he only wanred his daughter to be found, and returned to the kingdom. After three days the king was tired and decided to call of the search party. The king was saddened by his loss. he went to his daughter's room. He
sat on her bed and saw a piece of paper poking out of the pillow. He saw it was from the princess. It read: Dear father, i am sorry for leaving you, but i had to explore the world below. I am sry and i will always love. love princess crystal
The king went out to the balcony and watched day turn into night as a tear ran down his face
