grugdes are like a rock,
their'll very heavy each day
but when you let it go
it's gets very lighted off your shoulders.
and also goes away beacuse you letted go.
but becareful too and gaurd yourselves.
with the attacks from them
beacuse their'll try to bring you down all over again.
