After so long of not taking care of myself since my accident. I'm finding it rather hard to get back to a healthy habit of eating. I mean seriously, I'm eating 6 meals or more a day of nothing but clean foods.
And on top of that, I'm working out twice a day. Not really strength training, but more or less just conditioning for endurance and explosiveness. Weights are involved, but I'm not trying to max out on any of the workouts that I do.
I hope I keep on track and stay prepared mentally so that my physical appearance can return after a 4 year period of being non-existent.
