I grin a grin of the Cheshire’s making,
Your face so pale as you gaze upon
My crimson gloves.
Isn’t this what you asked for love?
Didn’t you want it all to go away?
I made it go away and laughed as I did so,
Do you doubt my words now?
Do you doubt the promises I make?
You were troubled, angry, and hurt
I made the day sunny again,
As I took the sources of your angst away
And turned it into mindless glee!
My hands are slick on your pristine skin
As I show you just how real this nightmare is.
Do you love me,
Now that you know what I am?
I killed them and made it go away,
I do as you bade, love, for it’s all I am.
I listen to your screams
With the joy of the Red Queen
As I fulfill her decree,
And make you silent as the grave.
This isn't a particularly old one, but it's a recent one in any event.
