In March 21 2009 was my school's family day fair. It was so much fun! Our class (Freshmen class) was in charge of the horror booth. We spent about 5k pesos on the materials needed but we gained way more than we spent.
I was one of the spearheaders of the horror booth and also the cashier.
I wanna share my experience to all you guys out there! First, when we opened, some of our monsters were late so we had some problems. But then an hour later all our monsters have arrived and things started to go well, really really well. While inside the booth (Because our sound effects girl was busy and I had to take her part) I enjoyed hearing how scared the customers were. Little kids screamed their heads out, I would hear some kids starting to cry and I would bite my sleeve trying to not laugh aloud so that the customers would hear. When the sound girl came back, I went back to the cashier and socialized with some parents and their kids. While socializing I would hear the screams from outside and then a big slam from the exit door then little kids would run out crying making sure we didnt take a memorial picture of them. I have to say my two favorite customers was the Mom who kept saying s*** throughout the whole horror booth and the Mom who ran out crying XD. It was so much fun scaring peoples arses off.
Well, when we closed up the booth I gotten to spend some time with some of my friends in other booths. I bonded with two of my enemies making them my friends.
This years family day was so much fun and its an experience I would never like to forget!!!
