My instructor and I talk alot and the subject turned to one of his other students: Hirayama Sota, a professional football player in the first division club Herakles. He doesn't know a single word Dutch, and my instructor only knows a few words he has out of the dictionary, like migi = right and hidari = left.
I told him I study Japanese in my free time and he was totally excited. He said that soon he'll plan me in on a time that I will have to pick up Sota, so I can talk Japanese to him.
It seems fun. I already know a lot about Sota. He's 20, a football player, just in Holland, lives in the Windmolerbroek above the mall. It sounds great to meet him and finally have someone to use my Japanese on: I've been doing without partner for more then a year now...
I guess it would be nice for Sota too. Right now, he's a bit excluded from the world, because he doesn't understand a thing that happens around him. One time another boy picked him up at his home and greeted Sota in Japanese and Sota was really excited. Wow.... I really hope I get to meet him...
