Remember when we were young, running through the park, playing with all the kids in the neighborhood just because they were kids. It didn't matter how much their parent's made or if they went to a private school. Such simple times. Unfortunately, we grow up and hate enters our lives. Separation of class, race, and gender start to take place, does anyone ever wonder why? Why is the human race such a disgrace to the planet we live on.
I was watching my five year old cousin the other day play with a little boy on a play-set at the mall. It didn't matter to either of them that their skin color didn't match, yet I wonder if that will change when she gets older? Or if it had something to do with her grandmother dating a man of a different race. Will she see people for who they are, or will she become one of us? Is the world fated to end by nature's design, or are we, the human race, going to be the cause? There are times I truly wish I were an animal, any animal, or even a bug.
