Ugh, so I woke up all excited for 2 hour delay, finally going to go to school and see my beloveds, incredibly hyper and excited after pulling an all-nighter of writing secret thoughts and finishing a book.
All dressed up with a bun and my pretty blue flowers, and a pretty blue shirt and my sweatpants, complete with gorgeous purple bracelet. Makeup put on skillfully; okay well not that great but it was pretty good considering how disgusting my face looked this morning. razz
So I'm all ready to go, just about, but my little sister comes in and says that Rob had woken her up earlier to tell her that school had been closed. Again! We've only gone to school on Monday this week!
Argh! I just came back from a week in Washington, D.C., which was a blast but I missed my friends dreadfully. And admittedly one person more than the rest. xD
So I get to go to school two days, and then wait ANOTHER full week before I see them again.
Life is so cruel to me~
But I was prepared to deal, when I remembered that we could go to Ms. Kim's! She runs a daycare in her home. The perfect paradise of Wiis, Playstation 2s, good video games and computers, and Ramen and food and just fun, and actual socializing for once this week.
But, alas! She called five minutes later to say that she was sick and could not take kids. Hopes, crushed, again! Like so many fragile flowers!
Ahhh. I really must say that my luck is probably the worst in the world. *sigh*
And I was so dreadfully hyper and excited too, as I'm apt to be in the mornings when I haven't just been sleeping. And my writing is making me talk sort of funny.
Well, at least I get to see meh dear dad and stepmum this evening. But I still cannot wait for Monday and for things to get back to normal. A few days off was nice, but we're going to have to make those up at the end of school now, because of the three disaster days from Ivan or whats-his-name that we've already had. Grr.
On a totally random but happy note, I'm looking forward to...prom! Haha, irony irony. smile
