Theft at De Anza College During Obama's inauguration speech, someone had broken into my friend's car, stole his stereo and IPod, and got away. The worse part was that the thief did it without breaking the window and in the middle of the college parking lot. -Richard

That sucks.

My mom is a nurse and parks her van inside the building... however just about anyone can walk in without questions and steal from all the nurses' cars since the only time there are people about is when the nurses' shifts change.

Suffice to say my mom's car has been broken into many times for things as stupid as a 24 pack of Coke-A-Cola. stare Its just depressing.

Even the lockers nurses are given are broken into from time to time because patients will just sneak in and smash them open. I live in Canada... so one of the downsides of free healthcare is that nurses are treated like crap with no security or respect.
