Alright, so I was perusing through the forums when I came across a thread asking what Pokemon people dislike (in contrast to all those other threads asking what your favorite is). Thus, I came up with this list. pkmn's bottom 10 is as follows.
10. Lunatone. It's the only Pokemon that I can't get. To have one in any game you HAVE to have Sapphire Version. That and Blue are the only versions I don't have. I need one so I can get a Johto starter in Emerald! (Damn marketing ploys.)
9. Huntail. Just plain fugly.
8. Miltank. Especially Gym Leader Whitney's Miltank. That thing can go Rollout itself into a hole.
7. Tentacool. All I want to do is travel a water route in peace. I have to carry close to 20 Max Repels just to keep those things away.
6. Snorlax. Those guys are so freaking hard to catch and so freaking hard to beat. Damn ridiculously high defense stats.
5. Zubat. Again, I have to carry close to 20 Max Repels just to go through a cave route in peace.
4. Kricketune. It's cry. It makes my ears bleed. And it looks like a middle-aged stereotypical French butler in a red clown suit. The next Ledian you are not, sir.
3. Magikarp. They give little to no valuable EXP. And almost every Fisherman has to have at least 3 in their party.
2. Ambipom. No. No. Nononononono and NO. That stupid grin. That freak-o cowlick. The TWO TAILS. That thing is an abomination and needs to burn in the atmosphere. There's room for only one monkey in the PokeDex and that's Aipom (Coincidently, Infernape, Monferno, and Chimchar hold places 13, 12, and 11 on my bottom 10 list, respectively.)
And the number one Pokemon on pkmn's bottom 10 is....
Hoppip.
The Cottonweed Pokemon.
Height: 1'04"
Weight: 1.1lbs
That pink turnip gets on my nerves so much. And it's not just in the Versions. That thing is a royal pain to escort in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games. All because of one move:
SYNTHESIS. A self-healing move and the only move Hoppips ever know in that game along with the most useless move of all, Splash. (Why any Pokemon other than Magikarp should have that move, I don't know.) In Gold/Silver/Crystal Versions, in the beginning routes between Violet and Azelea. Every time I tried to get this one item beyond the grass, I'd run into one of the little nuisances. And at one point I made the mistake of taking an escort mission in PMD for a Hoppip. Every step I took:

It made me want to just kill the little ingrate.
So, that's my bottom 10 Pokemon. I think I've ranted enough for a while, don't you?
