The next morning Camy was the first to wake up. She looked around to see if anyone else was wake, but everyone was still sleeping. As she was looking around, she noticed the sack that Butoro gave to her in secrecy. She walked over and sat down next to the sack on the ground. She sat the sack on her lap and opened it. Camy remembered Butoro saying, ‘This sack has everything you will ever need. Whats in it only your eyes can see. Keep it with you and don’t lose it. Can you promise me?’ Camy thought for a minute. “He never really said whats in it.” said Camy to herself Camy continued to dig through the sack. She decied to take out everything and and see whats all in the bag. For the next 30 minutes, Camy sat there, dividing the items. The bag must have been larger then she thought because there were a lot of things in it like a the map Butoro gave them, binnoculars, and more. There was even food. There was dragon food, demon food and even human food. They were all in their own separate bag and labled too. Camy could believe that Butoro would take the tinme to do something like that. Butoro must have planned the whole…quest. There were even pots, pans, bowls, and sliverware. When Camy finally got everything out, she thought about Marry Poppins and her suit case. This sack seemed to be just like Marry’s suit case, only she had lamps and coat racks. Camy giggled to herself. Then Zey began to move around and moan. “What are you doing?” asked Zey sitting up and rubbing his eyes. “Nothing.” replied Camy quickly. “Where did all this stuff come from?!” Camy looked around at all the stuff surrounding her. “Butoro gave it to me.” said Camy. Camy began to put the silverware and cookware back into the sack, hopoing she could keep it organized. “FOOD!!!!” yelled Zey jumping at Camy. “No! Stop!” yelled Camy standing up, guarding the food. But it was too late.Zey jumped over Camy and headed for the demon food. Thankfully, Camy’s scream woke up Ginnger. When Ginnger saw what was going on, she hit Zey and pinned him against a tree with her tail. Then Eien woke up. “What’s going on?” he asked looking at Camy, then noticing the food, “Oh good. I’m staving.” said Eien walking towards the food licking his lips. “No!” said Camy. Eien stopped and looked at her, asking, “Why?” “Because, what you see is all we’ve got.” explained Camy pointing towards the food. Ginnger released Zey from the tree and he fell to the ground with a thud. “So how much can we eat?” asked Zey. “You can only eat a little, Until we can buy more, we have to use what we have sparingly.” Zey rolled his eyes, “Ok, what ever, just let me eat something.” “Ok” said Camy softly, looking down at the demon food. She didn’t know how ’responsible’ Zey would be when it came to his rations. Camy watched him carefully. Surprizingly, he only took a little. He took less than what Camy would have gave him, but she didn’t say anything. She didn’t know what it took to feed a demon, but Zey looked satified with what he took. Camy turned to Eien. “You can, and should eat.” she said softly, “By the way, do you eat demon food or human food?” asked Camy. “Well,” said Eien smiling, “Demon food is called Ounte. And I eat human food, preferably.” Camy smiled to herself. She learned Demon food is Ounte and that Eien will eat human food with her. Camy thought some more about Ounte and what it was made of. Yet, the more she thought about it, the more she didn’t’ want to know. “Ok then. What would you like to eat?” asked Camy, stepping aside so Eien could see his choices. Then Ginnger intrupted. “Find something to eat on the go.” suggested Ginnger. “Why?” asked Camy. “Well, after what happened last night, Damion might send his men out after you. If you spill about what happened last night, his reputation would be forever lost. He’s going to be afraid of that so just hurry.” Explained Ginnger. It seemed as though she was hinting but no one noticed. “We can take’em!” said Eien grinning and clentching his fists. “No!” said Greth sternly, “He will send hundreds…..thousands!We need to get going.” Camy gave up a nodded in agreement. Eien rolled his eyes and relently went along with Camy. “Eien could you take care of the fire and stuff?” asked Camy. “Sure.” said Eien. “You too, Zey.” said Camy, “And no fighting.” Zey roled his eyes as he said, “Whatever” Camy started packing things back into the sack. At first, she wasn’t sure how she was going to get it all to fit. But after a little thought and some ‘adjusting’ it all fit like a glove. By time Camy was done she threw the sack on her back and turned around to see Zey on Greth and Eien waiting for her. “Sorry” she said heading towards Eien. Then everything went so fast. “Watch out!” yelled Zey, from a top of Greth. Eien looked at Zey then back at Camy. Eien‘s eyes turned red as they focused on the spear heading straight for Camy. In almost the blink of an eye, Eien darted at forward, grabbed Camy, and darted back. “Whats going on?” she asked startled. Eien just kept looking forward. So, Camy looked back to where she was once standing. There was a spear in the exact same spot. Camy gasped. “Is that from Damion?” she asked, still being held in Eien’s arms. “Possibly. We should go.” said Eien. “Here.” said Ginnger, holding out her paw as a step. Eien jumped on and Ginnger lifted them to her back where Eien stepped off. Suddenly , arrows came fling from all different directions. So then the dragons took off. “Where are we going now?” asked Ginnger as the dragons almost reached the clouds. “Um……hold on.” said Camy, getting the sack off her back. This time, she sat in front of Eien on the dragon’s back. Eien curiously looked over her shoulder to see what was in her sack. He didn’t see anything in it! Camy reached in, sticking almost her whole arm in the sack, and pulled out the map. She unrolled the map and looked carefully. “What direction are we heading?” asked Camy. “North I think.” said Greth. “Ok, lets go Northeast.” said Camy The dragon’s shiffed courses, turning slightly East. “No! North East. Not Northwest.” said Camy giggling a little, as did the dragons. Camy put the map back in her sack. Still looking over her shoulder, watching her, Eien didn’t see anything in the sack before she closed it. “Hey, Camy?” asked Eien. “Ya,” said Camy putting the sack on her back, like a backpack. “That sack, what’s in it?” he asked. “Everyhting” said Camy with a smile. “But I didn’t see anything in it.” said Eien, “That’s because you can’t” smirked Camy. “Wait! What? How?” asked Eien getting curious. Camy didn’t know why he couldn’t. Butoro never said. The only excuse she had was the one thing that she only read about and never really believed, but it made sence……kinda. “Magic” replied Camy. Eien looked at her a bit shocked at her answer. “Ok.” said Eien unsure. Camy was glad he stopped asked questions about the sack. She couldn’t honestly answer any of them. She didn’t know the answer. After a while it started to get dark. “Hey, Ginnger, Greth. Can you find a spot to land for the night?” asked Eien. Both dragons nodded and lowered themselves below the clouds. Once they found a clearing, they circled around and landed. “Eien? Zey? Can you guys check the perimeter.” asked Camy. “Ya” said Eien. “Sure.” said Zey. Off they went, checking to make sure the place was safe. They had to be sure that no one would attack them as they slept. Both Eien and Zey came back empty handed, which was a good thing. “Who’s hungey?” asked Camy smiling. “Well, you know…” said Ginnger, “There is a town over in that direction, right through the brush.” Ginnger pointed to the left. “Theres already prepared food and some stores so you guys can get some suplies if you need to. “ “Then it sounds like we’re going.” said Camy excited. “Who’s we?” asked Zey. “Really Camy, I don’t think it’s a good idea for you to go.” said Eien. “Why?” asked Camy. “Well, you’re a human. I don’t know how the other demons will handle a human walking among them in the streets, I’m half demon, so I’m half human too. Because of my human side, I was always treated like dirt, and the possibility of me walking through town without getting into a fight is vary small. I don’t want trouble to start, and if it dose, I don’t want something to happen to you too.” explained Eien. “Yeah, and I would be a laughing stalk for hanging out with…..and half demon and a human!” said Zey obnoxiously. Eien gave Zey a dirty look. “Oh, ok.” said Camy slowly. Then she put on a fake smile, “We’ll just eat what’s in the sack.” said Camy as prepy as she could, trying to hide her disappointment. She walked over towards Ginnger and got into the sack. Then Zey walked up behind Eien. “You know she really wants to go.” said Zey. “I know,” said Eien. Eien ran up to her and whispered in her ear. “If you really want to, we can go. All 3 of us.” Eien whispered. “Really?” Camy whispered back. “Yes.” he replied. Camy turned around and jumped into Eien, wrapping her arms around his neck, hugging him. “Thank you sooo much, Eien!” said Camy excited. Eien laughed at her reaction. He picked Camy up, who was still on his neck, and spun around a couple times before setting her back on the ground. “Are you sure?” asked Camy sympathetically “Ya, I’m sure.” said Eien. Camy and Eien walked back towards Zey. “Are you coming with us?” asked Camy, to Zey. “Where?” said Zey. Zey was acting like he didn’t know what she was talking about. He didn’t want to be known for helping out a half-demon with his girl problems, especially a human girl. Camy giggled a little at Zey. “We’re going to town.” said Camy, smiling. “Oh……nah. I’ll stay here.” replied Zey. “Are you sure?” asked Camy. “Ya, someone might want to fight. You know you could earn some money that way.” said Eien smirking. Eien knew that Zey had been iching for some action since the whole trip started. “Well in that case, I’m with you two.” Then all three of them headed for town. Before they left though, Camy left some Dragan food for Ginnger and Greth. As they entered the town, Camy was estaic! The number of demons there were. Large ones, small ones, fat ones, skinny ones, some looked like animals that walked up right like humans, and the demons’ coloration was amzing. They looked like Demon Smerfs! Camy almost ran off like a little kid in a toy store, but these weren’t humans. Camy was kinda nervous.Camy remembered about Eien’s father who was human and that who insident didn’t go well in the end. Eien and Zey looked down at her as she stood between them. They both could tell she was a littler nervous. “Are you ok?” asked Zey. “Ya, I guess so.” said Camy clutching the sack to her chest, “I’m just a little….” Eien cut in, “Don’t worry. No ones going to mess with you. We won’t let them.” With that, Camy took a deep breath and exhaled, calming down some what. Then they began to walk through the town. They got many dirty looks, but most of the Demons minded heir own business. They found a nice looking resturant and went inside to eat. They went in and sat down. More dirty looks were given and no one sat near them. But they weren’t going to complain about that. After several minutes, the waitress came. Of course she was a demon, but she was beautiful. She was blue. She looked like a blue colored dog that walked like a human and had boobs! She wore a single strap shirt and pants and an apron. Her ears looked more like fox ears and she had a bushy tail that stuck out through her pants. She even had her ear pierced. She had long blue hair that was in a braid and stretched most the way down her back. “Can I take you…”she started. She looked aver at Zey. It looked like she was studing him. Then she shook her head and started again. “Can I take your order?” she asked. She looked at everyone carefully. First she looked at Zey. Then she looked at Eien, who sat across from Zey, and gave him somewhat of a surprised look. ‘Could she tell he was a half demon?’ wondered Camy. Then the waitress looked at Camy, who sat on the inside of the booth next to Eien, and gave her and even weirder look. As she turned back to Zey, Eien spoke up. “We’ll have 2 waters.” he said. All Camy could do was agree with him. Being human, she had no idea what-so-ever about what demons ate or drank. She just had to depend on Eien to order her food for her. The waitress nodded and wrote it down. Then she looked back at Zey. “And what about you?” she asked. Zey looked up from his menu and before he could speak, his eyes met her’s. Zey was speachless. Camy and Eien watched them. They just stared at each other. ‘Maybe they know each other?’ Camy thought. Zey blinked and shook his head. “I’ll have Songie.” he said, being sure not to look at the waitress. The waitress wrote it down and looked at Zey again. Something was going on in her mind but Camy couldn’t figure it out. Eien couldn’t either. “Ok, I’ll be right back…” she said walking away. As she left though, Zey seemed to be in a tranze. “What’s ‘Songie’?” asked Camy. Eien looked down at her. “You don’t want to know.” said Eien. “Why?” asked Camy. “Well you see, some of the things humans would never eat would be considered ‘gorme’ to a demon. Demons and Humans don’t have to the same food groups but if I told you, you might lose your appetite.” explained Eien smiling. Camy decided that Eien was probably right. She turned to Zey, who still seemed to be in a tranze. “Are you ok?” Camy asked. Zey came back to reality and stare down at his menu. “Ya….I’m fine.” then he whispered, “but she looks so familiar.” “What?” asked Eien. “Nothing” Zey replied and continued to stare at his menu. The waitress came back with 2 glasses of water and a thick dark blue liquid goo. Camy could have sworn she saw something move within the goo as the waitress sat the glass in front of Zey. “Here you go.” she said, giving the glasses of water to Eien and Camy, “So what do you three want to eat?” Eien looked at Camy, knowing that she didn’t know what to order, let alone what her as a human would be able to eat. Eien nodded and turned to the waitress. “We’ll have 2 decktos. Cooked, please.” said Eien. “2 decktos, cooked.” reapeated the waitress, “And what would you like? Maybe…” And then, at the same time, the waitress and Zey both said, “a casoul, hold the toso.” Zey and the waitress stared at each other once again, curiously. Then the waitress wrote it down and walked away slowly….silently. “What was all that about?” Camy whispered to Eien. “I’m not sure, but I think this is going to be an interesting dinner.”Eien replied. A few minutes later, the waitress came back with three plates of food. She set Camy’s plate in front of her. Camy inhaled deeply. “Wow, it smells good!” said Camy. “Yeah, wait till you taste it.” said Eien. As the waitress set Zey’s plate in front of him, he stared at her. She never even glanced at him and then she slowly begen to walk away. “Thank you, WaterWolf.” said Zey. The waitress stopped in her tracks. Camy almost spit out her food! Zey just said ‘thank you’ with out anyone ragging on him. Eien just looked at Zey. The waitress slowly turned around, with sad and confussed eyes. “FireFox?” she whispered. Zey grinned at her. “FireFox!” she repeated with a huge smile on her face. The waitress looked like she was going to cry. “Shoni.” said Zey softly, smiling. “Zey!” she said loudly. The waitress hugged Zey, almost tackleing him, in the booth. Zey hugged her back tightly. All the while, Camy and Eien sat on the other side of the booth, looking at each other and terribly confused. What going to happen next?
