I went to the zoo today. It was a sunny, cloudless kind of day - about 83* F (if it were *C we'd be screwed...) The humidity, thankfully, was low.
It was pretty fun, even though I had to ask my mom and sister to slow down a few time due to my nagging ankle.
I've started to get frustrated with my decreased mental functions. Mom said to try reading more. I read a lot when I was younger, but with video games and other things so prevalent (not to mention my eyes actually cross /less/ with games and computer) I pretty much stopped.
Come to think of it, I don't think I've read an entire book this summer.
Nothing just catches my interest. I never did finish that one Charles Dicken's book- Little... Little Debbie? No, that's not it. Little /someone/.
Maybe I'll read Wuthering Heights or Great Expectations. Better yet, maybe the library here has the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
Well, I guess it's silly to 'think out loud/type'.
Um.
I saw lots of monarch butterflies today. That's one thing we didn't have in abundance in my home state. They're so very pretty.
My train of thought derailed so I shall stop babbling.
