DISCLAIMER: I do not own Gaia, the NPC's, nor Louie Von Helson. However, I do own Jiru and other OC's. I'm back! AGAIN! FINALLY! xD

"That was really...embarrassing." Jiru said aloud with a sigh upon remembering what happened yesterday. She twirled the Wacom pen with her right hand and let out a sigh again. She found out that the guy everyone was talking about was the king of vampires, none other than Louie von Helson himself. She even threatened him even after saving her life from that vampire who tried to drink her blood. Another sigh escaped from her lips. That was really rude of her...
She looked behind her to take a glance at Runa who was sleeping on her bed. 'I sometimes wish I wasn't reckless. But then...' she looked at her bracelets that were worn on her right wrist. '...that's just how I am.'
A flashback crossed her mind, refreshing the events that happened from the past.
"You're leaving Philliaphis?" Kat asked in surprise.
"Yeah, I heard that in Gaia, people who can draw earn a lot of money." She answered, packing her clothes inside her suitcase.
"But..." Kat said, her face showing obvious sadness.
"Don't worry, we'll always be best friends. Besides, I'll come visit when I can." She said, reassuring her best friend with a smile.
"Kat..." she whispered to no one, a sad smile gracing to her lips.

Rejected Olympics: Day 1
"And the much-awaiting Rejected Olympics has finally arrived! Four towns have gathered to compete with each other. Durem, Gambino, Aekea, and Barton..."
Jiru paid no heed to the announcers' speech for she was too busy fanning herself with her hand.
"Man, could it get hotter than this?" she whined in irritation. Runa was beside her, looking at the athletes that came marching before them.
She tied her hair in a high bun to make herself feel cooler. It did help her- a little. She still fanned herself, her brows quivering in irritation.
"Jiru!!"
Jiru glanced at whoever called her but did not stop fanning herself. She saw Amia, who was waving at her and holding a VERY expensive umbrella, and Leon, who was with her and was frowning as usual. She walked towards them.
"Hi, Jiru. Are you ready for the Olympics?" Amia asked with her excited smile.
Jiru wondered how her friend wasn't sweating any bead- she looked so refreshed. She was even wearing a thick boa on her neck!
"Of course I am. After all, I'm here to win and get the prize money." She said, forgetting about the heat for a while as determination filled her.
"No! Aekea will win!" Leon interrupted, glaring at Jiru.
"Na-uh! Durem's gonna win!"
The two of them growled at each other like tigers.
"Where did I see this scene before? Amia asked playfully, more to herself.
"Fine, let's make a bet. If my team wins, you'll pay me 80,000 gaia gold." Leon said.
"But if my team wins, you'll wear a pink frilly dress!" Jiru said.
Amia gasped in an excited way while Leon's eyes widened. Even Runa made a snorting sound that sounded like a laugh.
Jiru grinned in triumph. "Scared now, eh?" she asked mischievously.
Leon was obviously fuming in anger. "Me?! Scared?! Oh, you are so dead!!" he dared angrily. They shook their hands as a sign of their agreement on the deal.
"I can't wait for Jiru's triumph!" Amia said while she clapped her hands cheerfully.
Leon cast a glare to her that made her stop.
"I mean, I can't wait for the 80,000 gold?" she said nervously. "Either way, both deals are both advantages for me, right, Devi?"
The little Spiderwick Sprite appeared beside her and answered with her little voice: "Yes, Ms. Amia!"
"But then again," Amia said as she suddenly realized something, "what if Durem or Aekea didn't win? Is the deal still on?" but the two didn't hear her question, causing her to just shrug it off. It doesn't really matter.
"And yes, the Olympics shall start any minute. If I were you, people, I would do some last warm-ups before the event officially starts."
"Oh! That's our cue." Amia said, a grin forming on her lips. "Well then, you two tigers, let's get going." She said, interrupting the exchange of glares of the two rivals. She tugged at Leon's arm tenderly.
"Good luck, Jiru!" Amia said with a smile.
"You too, Amia." Jiru said.
"Hmph, I'll see your team lose, Jiru." Leon said with a proud smirk.
"Right, after this Olympics, I'd like to see you in those pink frilly dress." She said with a grin.
"Why, you-!"
"Rio!" Amia tugged Leon away as she pulled him away from Jiru. She waved her hand goodbye at her friend before they completely disappeared from her sight.
Since the event hadn't started yet, Jiru decided to do her final warm-ups. Runa just stood beside her, swaying her tail to and fro.
"Yoshi! I'm ready now!" Jiru exclaimed with a determined glint on her eyes. "Durem will win and that money will become ours!" she said. "And of course, Leon's form with that pink frilly dress..." she imagined her friend wearing a pink frilly dress. She blurted a loud laugh upon that silly thought.
Runa only shook her head at her master's silliness- again.
"You're full of energy today."
Jiru stopped laughing and looked behind her. Her eyes widened upon seeing him.
"L-Louie?" she said, more of asking.
"We meet again. How are you?" he said with a smile. He was wearing a black tight shirt and black jeans. His hair was pulled in a bun with a red ribbon. And his eyes were...blue?
'Weren't they gray before?' she thought curiously.
"I...I'm so sorry about yesterday! That was so rude of me..." she apologized, bowing her head to him in an apologetic way.
"No need to apologize. It's not your fault and I fully understand." He said, trying to make her not to apologize.
Jiru straightened herself up then looked at him before smiling. "I'm glad." She said.
Louie blushed upon seeing her smile at him for the very first time. "So, uh, you had a tattoo from Devin?" he asked, trying to change the topic as best as he could.
Jiru touched her left cheek that had a red heart tattoo on it. "Oh this? Yeah, I had it from yesterday. It was painful but it looked cute so I guess it was worth it." She explained. "I only have pink and black clothes. So to match Durem's color motive, I had a red tattoo on my face. I guess my red eyes match the color motive, too. Or it doesn't count?"
"It doesn't really matter, as long as you dedicate your heart on the team. That's what matters." Louie said.
"I guess you're right."
"By the way, Louie." She said. "We haven't introduced each other formally."
"Louie von Helson" he said, giving out his hand.
"Jill Fate, but most people call me Jiru." She said, shaking his hand.
"I hope to be good friends with you, Jiru." He said.
"Same here."
"Louie!"
The two turned around only to see Mr. Edmund running towards them.
"There you are! Stop wandering off! The Olympics has started!" Edmund said in a scolding manner.
"Hi, Mr. Edmund." She greeted politely to the old man. Edmund looked at her way and smiled.
"Well, hello there, young lady. If you don't mind, I have to talk to this King of Vampires." He said, implying to the words King of Vampires with sarcasm on his voice.
Jiru looked at Louie with a "you're-in-trouble" look. Louie sighed and gave her an "I-know" look.
"Well, I better go now, Jiru. See you later and good luck." He said with a sincere smile to her.
"Same with you, Louie." She waved goodbye at them. Edmund acknowledged her with a nod of his head and they went off.
She turned to the other direction and took part with the Olympics, Runa beside her at all times.
--
Moments later...
"Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!"
Jiru squealed in happiness as she drove off the cliff. She jumped out of the jeepney when the vehicle was near landing on the dirt. She rode on Runa's back as the female dragon flew towards the cliff.
"How long was that?!" she asked happily to the referee.
"Err," the guy said, looking at the stopwatch he was holding. "2.13 seconds..."
"YAY! Another record!" she exclaimed happily. Runa snorted, clearly annoyed; she had to catch her master every time she falls then fly back to the cliff.
For Day 1, Jiru made it to the Leader's Board and was now leading first on it. She did best on the Drive Off the Cliff challenge while she did poorly on Wash Liam challenge, getting a 2 on it. She jerked the sponge on Liam's face, causing many Liam fans to get mad at her. She refused to wash the guy's body.
"Why don't you wash yourself?!" she yelled at him after jerking the sponge on his face.
And Leon kept taunting her because Aekea was on the lead. Of course, she got angrier. Well, that happened a while ago so she's not that angry anymore.
"Err, Ms. Fate, I think that should be enough. We lost 50 jeepneys already..." the referee said nervously.
"But I still wanna beat that new record!" she reasoned with a pout after jumping down from Runa's back.
"Why don't you try the Stop at the Flag challenge? You will surely break the record time there." The referee suggested, trying to get the crazy girl away from this game.
"But that's boring! There's no thrill to it!" she reasoned, yet again.
"Then go home and get ready for tomorrow's next game." The referee said, now pushing her away.
"I don't want to-" she turned to look at the referee, only to see that he had pushed her away from the challenge already.
"Stupid referee." She mumbled angrily, huffing angrily.
She looked for another game since someone had just banned her from her favorite challenge. She went towards the Wash Mochi challenge. She lined up on the line area. In a few minutes, it was her turn.
"Next player! Jiru Fate, representing team Durem!" the referee announced. There were claps and whistles as she stepped on the arena. She wore the cleaning gloves and took hold of the sponge with soapsuds on it.
Mochi stood in front of her; it was shivering in coldness. She felt bad for the puppy- it must have been out for quite a while now.
"1. 2. 3. Start!"
Jiru quickly washed the puppy, but in a gentle way to not hurt the poor puppy. She was about to finish washing the soapsuds away when the puppy made a dangerous growl. She jumped away, but it was too late, for the puppy leaped at her, causing her to fall on her back. It was about to bite her when someone pulled it away from her.
Jiru sat up, caressing her back head and looked who had saved her. And guess what! It was Louie.
"L-Louie?" she asked, puzzled.
Louie was holding an unconscious Mochi. There was a commotion already.
"Are you all right, Jiru?" he asked, quickly kneeling beside her.
"Yeah...I'm all right. What about Mochi?" she asked, taking the little dog to her arms.
"The dog was hungry and he hadn't been fed yet." Louie explained, looking at her with a worried look.
'That explains it...' she thought to herself, covering the puppy with a towel.
"Are you sure you're all right?" he asked again.
"Positively sure." She answered and held her breath when she realized how close she was to Louie. Louie, who seemed to realize it too, quickly moved away from her.
"I-I'm sorry!" he apologized with a stutter, a tint of pink filling his pale cheeks.
"N-No...it's fine..." she tried to make her voice steady, but failed to do so. Runa groaned softly at her master, asking if she was all right. Jiru patted her to convince her dragon that she was really all right.
"I'm worried about Mochi..." She said.
The referee went towards her. "We're so sorry, maam! Are you hurt? We'll treat Mochi's ailments right now!"
Jiru carefully handed the puppy dog to the referee. There were now three referees there, and one looked like a veteran.
"Jiru..."
Jiru looked at Louie and saw him holding out a hand. She took it and she stood up. Secretly, a blush crept to her face. His hand brushed to hers, and it caused a warm feeling to her whole body.
"Thank you." She managed to say to him. "You...saved me again." She said with a sincere smile.
"It was my pleasure." He answered with a smile too.
Jiru suddenly pecked him on his left cheek, making everyone around them gasp.
"Thank you, Louie. See you later then!" and she ran away, leaving a surprised Louie.
