	- Alex's place of random talk - I will write and talk most days when i am bored and have something to talk about/ rant about however I am feeling at the time. Can be big or short.


I have decided to stay dedicated to exercising this time. I mean by that daily exercise. Either that be working out or just goning for a half hour bikeride.
