excitement is building... hearing alien signals...
ahhhh!!! whee I'M SO DAMN HAPPY RIGHT NOW FOR NO APPARENT REASON THAT ITS SCARING ME!!! (warning: creepy language will ensue for the rest of this journal entry) rofl we got the school thingy packet explainer-dinger what-cha-callit kazooboo in the mail today... so happy!!! whee i'm actually really really excited to go back to school again this fall!!!! biggrin see ppl i haven't seen in a while, start using my brain again, get back to a normal schedule.... whee ok i have accomplished only 1 of my 3 goals to get done for the summer (lose weight, get contacts, and color my hair), but at this point i really don't care... (but i really do want to at least try contacts- today my purple glasses are clashing with my bright blue shirt and earrings... stare ) biggrin I have a ton to do for prep for school (which reminds me i haven't actually unpacked my backpack from the last day of school yet from this spring... hmm i should get to doing that...) but more importantly- the fair!! dang thats coming up really fast... have a crapload to do for 4-H for pre-fair projects to be put on display, and then during the fair i'm gonna be busy cuz on Thursday i have to help with my church's youth group doing gate admissions in the morning (did it last year for 4-h for the first time... really simple) and then that afternoon/evening, our 4-h club has to run the foodstand (love working there actually... despite it being like a hundred degrees downstairs and my feet burning up from standing on them for 5 hours its really quite fun... especially when you get off and you walk outside to a refreshing breeze and lights of the rides and laughter and talking all around... lol i love the fair. 3nodding ). then friday i volunteered (yesterday, actually, at the other 4-h doohicky i had goin' on at the civic center) to help out April Damhof (a really good singer from our church btw...) with something from like 4 to 8... and Friday is also cattle judging (i'm in charge of pics as always-- oh and speaking of which we still haven't sorted and haltered karen and lonnie's calves... thats why i don't do cattle anymore... our family procrastinates and then looks like idiots once we get to the fair stare ) in the morning. then saturday I have to help out for 4-h ambassadors with the foodstand from 7 to 8 in the morning for some appreciation breakfast thingy, then in the afternoon from like 10 to 2 i have to help out at some picnic thing at the fair... busy busy... xD i love it though. ^^
also on the agenda for today's entry is this morning's technical spaz here on gaia. ok that was just plain irritating- you couldn't do basically anything... and also it sent out 11 of the same message to my email for one alert... rolleyes i'm just glad thats over and done with...
and then also my mom wants a pic of us three kids on her new work laptop so i'm thinking after i'm done with this, i'm going to go to photobucket (or wait- i have that new editing suite that i borrowed from jennifer once... hmm i can use that) and take 3 separate (and good) pics of us kids (and dad too of course) and make a collage and upload it so mom can use it as her wallpaper... ha i might do that even here...
so yeah...nothing else really going on... i was in town all this morning (had 3 breakfasts/lunches... one at home, another at work, and another at mcmillans (we watched some dude put up a sign really fast there- kinda entertaining to watch)) but then dad picked me up and now i'm home! ^^ now to work... first a nap is in order, though... *yawn~*
