PAGE 3 & 4Zeon shook his hair and streched his arms.Then curled up in a ball and stared at the human in front of him.
Shadow looked at the creature in front of him.It had black hair that was darker than the night with no moon.It had a cloak on that was the same color.It had a black dragon tail,and a black raptor hand.Its human hand had a green serpent mark on it.It was wearing a red tunic and red shorts.Its canine teeth were sharper than a knife and it didn't look like it had wanted to wear anything on its feet.Its amber eyes were filled with visions of war and a hidden land.Shadow said the first thing that came to mind."What's your name?"
Zeon tried to understand but it was hard to understand a human who clearly didn't know how to speak to a serpent.So he tried speaking some human words."My name's Zeon,stupid."
"Why did you call me stupid?"
"Cause where I come from your kind can speak to serpents like me.That's why you're stupid,stupid.Do you have a name?"
"Yeah my name's Shadow."
"Shadow,eh?Hey is there any thing I can eat?I haven't eaten in 8,000 years.I'm starved."
"Um...Yeah,hold on a second."Shadow ran downstairs to the snack bar.Page was there eating a Pop-tart."Hi,Shadow.What's up you look worried."
"Grab some Pop-tarts and soda and follow me!"Page did as he asked and followed him to his bedroom.She started screaming.
Zeon closed his eyes and covered his ears.The knew human was hurting his ears,and he didn't like it.
Page stopped.Shadow took one of the Pop-tarts and gave it to Zeon.
Zeon sniffed at the gooey thing in front of him.He nibbled it."Hey,these are pretty good,stu-I mean,Shadow."Shadow and Page watched as Zeon munched Pop-tart after Pop-tart."Hey,I'm kinda thirsty now."Shadow handed Zeon a strawberry soda.Zeon sniffed it but couldn't get it open when he decided it was safe to drink.He shot Shadow a look as if to say"hello I can't open it stupid."Shadow opened it and gave it back to Zeon.Zeon gulped it down,smashed the can,and jumped on to Shadow's bed.Page scratched him behind the ear,and sat down next to him.
In the land of Angray the hero that had trapped Zeon smiled.A dragon smiled to."Do not worry of Zeon.He's a good home,Princess Renna."
"I know,Drago........I hope he's happy in that world......"
"He's fine.....Let us hope he is tamed within a year......I still can not belive he is but a child."
"Do not doubt Zeon's tamer.He is young but Zeon likes him already."
Shadow jumped onto his bed and pulled the covers up to his chin.Zeon whined."What's wrong,Zeon?"
"I'm scared.The wall is staring at me."Shadow grabbed Zeon from the end of the bed and put him under the covers.
Zeon popped his head under the blanket and curled up close to Shadow like a cat.He was no longer the fearsome shadow over Angray.He was a helpless serpent child in the hands of a human."How things do change....."He smiled and went to sleep.
