last night i had a big urge to cut. i almost got up out of bed and sliced my chest right down the middle, but i stopped myself right at the last second. it was so hard to sleep because the urge was so large. im glad that i didnt give in to that urge, i just hope that i dont get another large urge like that any time soon. i dont think i could resist it again.
