Ok, so I open up the internet this morning, and (Yahoo is my home page 4laugh ) and the top article is about how eight hours is to much sleep.
WTF...
Apparently people who sleep between 6.5 and 7.5 hours live the longest and if you sleep less or more than that, then your expected to live a shorter live.
Again... WTF
I have been mislead all my life!!!
I ACTUALLY sleep 8.5 hours a night BECAUSE everyone is telling me it's healthy! NOW what am I suppose to do?! Huh? HUH?
At ten o'clock every afternoon, I crash. Ask Wicked. I become more or less a walking zombie. Then, I don't usually wake up untill like... six in the morning. (then I lay there for thrity minutes xP) It's programed in me now!! RAWR.
So now I'm going to have to reprogram myself. I don't even know what to do... Stay awake longer or wake up ealier!?
Why do you even care? Why not just do what you want to do instead of what studies show you?
I don't know the answers to the questions above. xP It just bothers me ok?! I want to be healthy!! And eating right just isn't really an option for me, so I have to depend on exercise and stuff like this to convince myself I'm not going to die of a stroke... or have a stroke and not ever be able to move my legs again. O_o;
I'm a paranoid person....
