During my eighth day before summer, there were not much to do excluding studying for the finals during the last three days of school. Studying for tests in high school is very important if you are hoping to be successful in the future like many students. The grades are very important, but do not waste your time thinking of your grades. Thus, I recall the year that I thought would be long, but quick instead.
Tests holds a very great impact on your grades. For example, I did not bother with my Chinese test during the beginning of the year because I was getting a "A." Without that of my knowledge, my grade dropped by 10%! To explain the grading of most teachers, I would say: 10-20% homework, 10-20% classwork, 10% citizenship, 20-40% tests, 10-20%% quizzes. These are only my teachers grading style; it my vary from teachers to teachers. Ultimately, STUDY for your tests.
The other topics will be mentioned in the upcoming journals. For now, I finish my eighth day in school without having many homework except a final project for my Chinese class.
