alo! biggrin as i am writing this, it is MONDAY morning at 6:00. I've been up since 4:30 working on hw, and getting ready for school. (I couldn't find the good blow-dryer this morning so i had to use the crappy old one that shuts off for good once u turn it off... so my hair is still wet... stare ) and I've had an interesting weekend to tell u of!
ok on Friday after school, I had behind-the-wheel driver's training for the first time. Let's just say i need more practice driving in town... sweatdrop oh and my partner was/is Zack D. What was really funny was that he usually won't shut up, and when we were driving he didn't say a word! xd
and then after that was done, I went on to Gaia for prom! blaugh but, unfortunately, it wasn't as fun as I thought. I wanted to go have fun at the prom, but I also wanted my friend Miseries Company (Dawn) to go and have fun with me there. But she didn't really want to go, and I managed to mess up my words and I think I made her mad... cry so overall I spent friday night trying to right a wrong that shouldn't exist instead of having some fun at my first (online) prom. *shrugs* aw heck. I think it was a success, so the staff'll probably do it again next year... but first let's try and get through summer! domokun
Saturday. I slept until noon, then mom made me get up and clean in anticipation for a 4-H bonfire that night. So i cleaned all day, and then finally we got the fire started, and all of a sudden like 6 cars come out of nowhere and park on the yard. convoy! cool So yeah... it was ok (gots lotsa pics even though I'm not the historian anymore) but kinda boring until the end when we watched my bro and his friends try to burn computer manuals... and then they all left around 10 or 10:30. Then I went to sleep again.
Sunday. yesterday was Teacher Appreciation Day for sunday school, and Gail volunteered our class to serve ice cream upstairs. and then since we weren't quite done w/ the first part/book of the Catechism, we had to go back downstairs to our classroom with our ice cream and had our final lesson. Then after that, our family went to Culver's for lunch. For some reason I was eating really fast, and somehow I knew that the Mersbergens were gonna come later. Sure enough, just as we were finishing up, the two youngest Mersbergens walk in to find a table. I was like, "Ok now lets go!" and Karen and I walked out of Culvers when the rest of their gang was ordering. I wonder if dad said hi... *shrugs* well I'll guess I'll find out later today! 3nodding Zach sits next to me in art, and if he isn't busy working with the boys in his clamation group (he and a group of friends is making a clamation music video as their final project for art- I'm doing graphic design, so I have to design a logo, a CD cover, and a box design. I've got the logo down (but it needs to be touched-up a bit...) he, Matt and I usually talk while we're working.
oh and speaking of art, my flower is a disaster!!! I tried finishing the center of the rose this weekend, and it got completely messed up! I tried fixing it this morning, but I dunno if it worked... oh and I had sworn that i would finish it this weekend... hehehe well i ran out of paint before that could happen... rolleyes gonk
back to sunday, though. so after we went to Culver's, mom made me drive home. I really don't like driving with the whole family in the car... who knows i could kill them... and then after we got home i took a nap and got started on homework for the day. and then karen invited Ashley over for a few hours, and mom also made me drive to town and back... didn't really help that today i didn't really wanna drive..... just wanted to stay home and work on hw... sad
oh and also last night i loaded my brand-new flashdrive with all sortsa crap! cool I love that thing...
so yesh. it is now about 6:30, and the sun is up! blaugh I'm really happy because its raining out, and I loves the rain! today i have a whole crapload of stuff to do:
I need to talk to Elliot (my sis's bf) about renting his video-camera for a few weeks so my friends and I can make a video for Mischief Makers, and I'm also having issues with some of my math homework so I'm gonna ask about that this morning... and I can't find my book, so I'm a bit confused and lost... I should finish it by Thursday, but I'm only about a quarter of the way through it... rolleyes I'm just not reading as much as usual... sad and then I need to work on my english project. stare there's a whole bunch of stuff I have to do for it yet... its all due Thursday, but I wanna get it done before that for extra credit.
thats all i can think of now... i just had 1 and a half bowls of cheerios and a can of Mountain Dew (so healthy..) and its starting to make its effects known I guess. I'm getting tired already, but at least i'm not hungry! xp
