Let me tell you about my bitching weekend; Friday, after school, Grace and I went to down town Oly to go see our friend Shannon play at the Manium. (he's the drummer in this awsome band called Wind Fall.) (oh, and they sound just like Atreyu.... that's grace's fav band) and the Manium was closed, so they were at Midnight Sun. So we went there, and moshed, and i got tossed around like a rag doll!!! it was fricking awsome!!! and then we walked around town handing out some five-finger discount Licorice to peeps on the street. OH, we were totally smashed throughout this whole ordeal. and then we didn't get home till 1:20 in the morning, and we went to bed at 4, got up at 5, and got in line for tickets. they went on sale at 10!! there was a HUGE line! We were second!! Here's the kicker tho: 2 MINUTES before the tickets were to go on sale, the compies for Ticketmaster CRASHED!!!!! eek
so we were standing there like WUT THE ********!!! OMG OMG OMG!!! only to find out that the dude behind us was our friend Aaron, and he was getting tickets for the 3 hottest guys at our skool (toby excluded cuz he's graduated now), and they were RIGHT NEXT TO US!!! Well, we couldn't get tickets at first, because the compies were down (this is the great part), so we could only get 'em by card right? well the guy behind Aaron offered to get 'em for us, and then have us meet him at the Manium and pick them up. we'd give him the money then, and he'd give us the tickets. Well, we were gunna do that, and then the compies came back up! so we got our tickets and thanked the guy. Then we asked him "why the manium" right? come to find out, HE OWNED IT! So then we were like NO WAY!!! and we talked for about an hour, before going home and getting ready to go see the Cloak & Daggers playing at the Yes Yes. But, we remembered that Lolapalooza was going on, so we left early to go and see it. well, turnz out, it was at the Manium, and we got in for FREE!!! cuz the ticket guy was there!!! So we went there, and listened to it, CRAZY GOOD! and then we went to Yes Yes, and moshed all blinkin' night!!! then, we went and got MORE licorice, and and walked around town. Everyone was so cool, even this guy who was hitting on me, and said I "was the cute one" lol. then Josh came up and put his arm around me and was like "she's taken" and walked off. Oh, and Grace was SO drunk. lol. she was on last night after I crashed.... anywayz, that was my weekend.... the only problem... No Tobykins... My love. My one true love, wansn't there to enjoy it with me. *sighs* well, maybe next weekend. it sux tho, cuz I haven't heard from him in 4 days... Then 9th is our 3 months, and I really want to do something special for him... If he ever comes home. He's not going to the concert with us, which REALLY sux, but maybe, just maybe, he can make it... if the tickets arent' all gone. Well, i'm gunna hit the sack, cuz mom has been treating me like Cinderella more than usual.... but in a closing note:
