Actually, I just had my review and it went really well. They said I've improved a lot in the year working there and I am on the track to making it a permament career. They want me to be assistant head cashier for when the head cashier takes vacation time this summer. From the sounds of it, I could be trained as Head Cashier for one of the stores if it wasn't for the fact I'm technically part-time. (Schoolwork is important!)
So I have now received a $0.50 raise and am eligible for a portion of the bonus pool. They were hoping those checks would be cut for today, but apparently not. (Or at least, not when I checked my account.) I'm curious how much the bonus will be. Most of it will probably be put on Bowman's credit card so we can afford an oil change and tune-up for our truck. But if there is enough, I just might treat myself... heart After all, I did work hard for it. *nod*
