I ran as fast as I could. I couldn't BELIEVE they had only "loved" me so they could use me in some sort of evil SCHEME!! I stopped short suddenly, I could hear footsteps coming from both derections. I gasped. Oh NO! Where should I go?!? I yelled in my head. Hey! Just my luck! I jumped into the plant with long green ferns. Thank the gods on high I'm still small. I poked my head through some ferns, not to much that I would be seen though. I gasped. A girl with black cat ears and a tail wearing a maid's costume came walking down the hall carrying a platter with food on it. She didn't seem to notice me. Simon came strolling around the other corner.
"Rini! You're late!" he yelled in a whispering tone.
"I'm sorry Simon, the kitchen door was locked." the girl named Rini replied, head down in shame.
"Sure, what ever. Have you seen Kara?"
"Kara?Oh, the new cat you made. No, I haven't seen her." Rini said, slightly ashamed because she didn't.
"Hmmm, well, make sure you continue to not see her. Two young minds can cause too much mischief, yes?" Simon said. It made me shiver. They left. I think I'm wrong, but I felt an intense wave of hatred coming from Rini. Maybe I should make Simon miserable by meeting Rini....
