"Yawn", I mumbled as a walked noisily around the woods. It had been two days since I had eaten, and slept. The first time I had tried ended up almost turning my into bear feed. How is a small kitten like me supposed to live if I'm just going to be eaten?? I can't stand it anymore! I'll die if I try to go any further!
"MOM! Save me!" I wail as I collapse on a bush. The world is supposed to go black when you die right? Well, my world is now bathed in pale, silvery light. I can barely see. I must have fallen asleep because when I came to, strange beings where huddled around me. They were muttering, "What's on her forehead?" , and, "Poor thing." Once again, the strange light swallows me up.
