Alriiiight. Lets see. There's some good stuff, there's some ******** amazing stuff and there's some ******** hilarious stuff. No bad things, except for the asian wiggers in skirts with no shoes. Well, that was a new one.
First up: Under The Sunrise.
Okay, they sucked. Scream scream scream, blah blah blah.
Next: D'espairsray
Pretty good. Nice guitar, but most of it was simple. I loved the lead singer's black trench coat, it was very pretty. But his skirt could have been gone. Their funny asian accents were pretty amazing too. Sanku. Sanku. xD
After that: Idiot Pilot
Oh jesus. These guys were ******** hilarious. Their music sucked, but the guitarist/screamer did this weird dance where he would slide around like an electric slide and his right leg would keep on having convulsions and pop up. And then he played guitar really weird. You'd have to see my impression. Although, I'd have to say the singer / guitarist was weirder. Still ******** hilarious.
Then : MUCC
Ohmigawd, I didn't know they had wiggers in Asia. I'm not even kidding, the lead singer wore this shirt and these shorts that were like TEN SIZES too big for him. And it was like ICP, it totally sucked a**. They wore no shoes. Seriously. What freaks, I mean, that had GOT to hurt. Ouchyyyyy. But they were funny to watch. ;D Nice guitar.
And: The Underneath
Last Asian band. Total. Freaks. They were all super goth and ohmigawd, we will kill you, type of thing. And then of course, the Sanku, sanku. [Thank you]. Jesus. These guys were weird. And when they told everybody to mosh everybody just kind of sat there and I laughed my a** off.
Now we get to the good stuff: BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE
******** yes. These guys were just beyond amazing. The recreation of the sound of those guitars was perfect. They played Scream Aim Fire, Eye of the Storm, Waking The Demon, Tears Don't Fall, Suffocating Under Words of Sorrow, Four Words to Choke Upon, Say Goodnight and another song that I can't remember. Just pure amazement. Lots of screaming, lots of moshing and lots of hands in the air.
Intermission for us: Blessthefall.
I thought these guys were good but dammmmnnnn. They were just all screaming and the lead singer was like six foot ******** tall! And an emo kid. How often do you see that?! Seriously. It was weird. Lead singer did some crowd surfing and crowd walking and that was pretty neat though, but mainly we went to go get something to drink and missed most of it. xD
Almost Done: Atreyu
I didn't know most of the songs they played, but they were still amazing. The screamer kept on talking about how he held up his hands above his head for forever and he knows what kind of effort it takes to keep your hands up that long. And then he was all like ' yeah, I bet your glutes look nice too....This song goes out to the glutes... the crimson glutes....' They were pretty hilarious. And then he kept on just like randomly getting sidetracked. Once again, the recreation of the guitar was pretty amazing, though.
The Grand Finale: AVENGED SEVENFOLD
By far, the best. It actually took them fifteen minutes to set up for their damn set. It was a good one, and two hours long at least. They had little video clips in between songs and stuff and it was pretty amazing. M Shadows went on about how he loved Dayton and he ******** appreciated that we came out in the blizzard. And then for the set. They played Critical Acclaim first, and his voice sounded EXACTLY like it does on the CD. Then Second Heartbeat and there was this ******** huge mosh pit. They played Scream, which I know Alex will be excited to hear, right? It was amazing, too. Synyster Gates ******** SHREDDED. Then M Shadows was hilarious and going off on this kid in the front row, all like ' Come up here, you p***y a** f*****t. I will ******** take you down. Come on, f*****t, come on.' I was cracking up, and then before they played Seize The Day, he said to the guy ' This is a song I wrote for YOUR MOMMA'. Oh, jesus, they were hilarious. They played Gunslinger too, and that was amazing. I had a lighter out quite a bit for those two songs. Then my favorite song that they played, UNHOLY CONFESSIONS. Man did I ******** scream my lungs out and jump up to that. Almost Easy was good and Bat Country was ******** AMAZING. And then Beast and the Harlot was pretty good too. I wish they would have played Chapter Four, but their set was amazing. Once they finished their set people had started to leave and we were all still screaming and cheering and then a video came on with A7X in a hot tub, and DAMN, those boys are SEXY BEASTS, saying that they should do an encore. So out they pop up and guess what song they play. Yup. A Little Piece of Heaven. Oh, it was ******** HILARIOUS. The whole crowd was screaming ' Eat it, Eat it, Eat it '.
I'd have to say that blows away X Fest. My dad was right, Hara Arena is a place of ******** wonders.
