Chapter 1
~Mayu~
I ran away as fast as I could. My friend Chuu ran as quick as his little legs would let him.
“Hurry Chuu!” I wisped loudly” their coming!!” As we ran I spotted a thick area of bush and quickly ran into it.
“Chu ! Chuu!” Chuu looked around for me. Unable to see in the thick blanket of darkness that lay around us he started to cry. I heard his crys and quickly ran into the clearing with my lamp so he could see once more. “Chuu! Hurry on now or they’ll find us!!” I grabbed Chuu by the arm and pulled him into the thick bush
I swear we ran for what felt like hours until we came to a small clearing. “Chuu chuu” Chuu panted. “Sleep?” I asked the poor little guy. “Chuuuu” Chuu collapsed in the middle of the clearing . I followed him and set the lantern down near him. I dust off the ground and fell into a deep sleep.
When I awoke it was dawn and the sun was just about to rise.
I looked around me to see strangle little creatures.
“Chuu? “ I tried to shake Chuu awake but he wouldn’t awake.
I decided to look around a bit. But decided to keep the lantern near Chuu incase he awoke before I came back.
As I walked I heard the sound of water lapping against land.
I walked towards it and found a calm lake nestled between two mountains. On the mountains at the top were temples with stairs running all the way to the bottom of the mountain. As I looked around the shore I found a sword and shield washed up on shore. I picked them up and said “ these will deffintly come in handy.” I walked back into the clearing where Chuu was and looked at one of the monsters.This particular one had little arms and little ears and was a pinkish colour. “ Cant be that hard” I said , trying to muster up the courage to attack it.
I finally contained the courage and went for it. I Came at its head an gave it a nasty blow in the head knocking it on its side. Then it quickly jumped up and attacked me at an angel of witch I was completely surprised at. Weakly I held up my shield . As its force hit the shield I was pushed back. “Ugh” I grunted. I quickly regained my footing and launched forward with an aggressiveness I didn’t know I had. I once again knocked it over with my sword but this time when it jumped at me I jamped out of the way and smacked it in the back of the head with shield. As it fell to the ground I took my Sword an peicerd its neck so it would no longer be able to mpve . As I agsammend it I realized I had porbly already killed it when I smacked iit with my shield. As I picked it up I realized Chuu was awake watching me. “ Chuu..” Chuu shrank back in terror as I walked over with my bloody sword. “ Chuu its okay. I got us a meal! “ I said as I walked over to the lake. When I got there I dipped my sword int water cleaning off the blood, then I dipped the monster thing in the water. When I got back to our clearing Chuu was sitting there staring at me like he had never before. “ Chuu relax. Do you want to starve to death?” I said as I laid the sword and shield down. “Chuu” Chuu said shacking his head. “Exactly. Neither do I! Now help me make a fire. Go gather some logs.”

Chapter 2

~Chuu~

As I looked around for some logs I noticed something about this place.
Its like the place we came from.
Okay, your probly all thinking what place?
Well.. I guess I should explain.
Mayu And I are from a different dimension called Jewelia. One day as we walking down from Mayu s house we spotted a round circle with weird lettering around it. As we took a closer look we realized it was a teleport. Now these teleports can bring you anywhere , like two feet away from where you started, or in a total different dimension. So anyways Mayu started talking and said “ We should try it! See where we end up!”
“ I dont know..” I said feeling nervouse,” I mean we could end up anywhere!”
“ Excaxtly! An adventure! “ Mayu said as she got ready to say the opening incantation.
“ Wait Mayu! We could end up in OBLIVION!!” I said trying to stop her. “ Then that’s a chance im willing to take! “ Mayu started the incantation of opining. “ Mayuu… im not soo sure about this.. I mean we could really end up in nowhere.”
Mayu finished the incantation and the portal opeaned up. “ Ready?” Mayu said getting ready to jump. “ No! Mayu this is----- “ Mayu cut me off” Lets go! “ Mayu grabbed my arm and jumped into the portal.
A flash of light blinded us momentarly.
“ Wooo Hoo!” Mayu said as we flew through a tunnel of blue incatation words. “ Mayuuuu!!! “ I despritly clung on to her. “ Whee! “ Mayu Screamed joyfully. A moment later there was another flash of light and we were in what seemed to be a safe area. I looked around and relized we were in the middle of a camp. People around us stopped and started to stare. ‘ that girl…”one of them wisperd “ she must be a witch I mean look at her sheep horns and pink hair!”
“yeah..um Mayu.I think we should go back now…” I said looking around for the portal. “Mmmkay. Now where did it go?” Mayu scanned the ground. “ Uh oh.. where did it go Chuu?” Mayu started the search incantation when all the towns people around us started to stare.
“Mayu!! Stop it..” I wisperd. “ She is a witch get her!” at that point the towns people started running at us with evil stares. So we started running and that’s how we ended up where we are. Also only Mayu can understand what im saying. So don’t get all freaked out if in one chapter im all “Chuu Chuu!!” And in another im all “Shut up Mayu!!”
Anyways so I’m on my way o get some logs and get some but when I get back Mayu is just lying there!

Chapter 3
~Mayu~
So I sent Chuu into the bushes to get some logs when I noticed a portal!! “ A portal! Chuu! Come back!! Chuuu!!” I screamed. “he cant hear me..” I looked around once more and decided I should take a nap.
So im sleeping when Chuu runs up and strats screaming at me so the first thing I do is hop up and get ready to kill something.
“Chuu!” Chuu says starting to relax.
“ Did you get the wood?” I ask.
“Chuu!”Chuupoints to a neat pile of wood.
“Good” I walk over to it and take of an en-lightier. It uses magic instead of gas to light things on fire. So I do so and put the animal right near the fire so it’ll cook. “So Chuu “ I say siting down by the lake, “ I found a portal!” “Chuu?? Chuu!” Chuu says angrily. “Well sorry for not noticing it earlyier but I think its too risky to use this one because I don’t know where it goes to so I think we should go to the tempals on those mountains and ask someone to opean another portal back to Jewelia for us so we know exactly where its going.” I say as I dipp my feet into the cool blue water.
“Chuu…”Chuu says agreeingly.
I got up and walked back ti the clearing where the creature was cooking. I picked it up and took a bite. “yummy! Chuu come try some of this!!” I said taking another huge bite.
Chuu hoped over and took a bite.
“Chuu!”Chuu quickly took another bite. “ Im goning to kill another. You eat this one” I said as I put it on the ground beside him.
I picked up the sword and shield and went looking for another little bunny thing. When I found one it was sleeping happily in the sun. I tip-toed up to it and stabbedit with my sword. I then picked it up and brought it back to our fire and set it beside the fire to cook.
“Chuu..” Chuu suddenly collapsed.
“Chuu!!” I ran up to Chuu and checked his pulse.
“Medical Incataion!” I started the medeical incation( which, if you are wondering checks his body and then tells me whats wroung with him).
A short minute later there was a beep and a screen poped up infront of me. “ Sleeping” /It said then quickly dispersing.
“ohh..poor Chuu..” I went over and checked on the food. It was done. I slowly picked it up and ate it all. Two hours later Chuu awoke with a thud and looked around.
“Chuuu??” Chuu got up and looked around for me. When he fianly found me I was at the lake looking at the Tempals.
“Chuu??” Chuu sat down beside me.
“Hey Chuu..I was wondering. If we went to one of those tempals maybe one of its masters can opean a portal back to jewelia!”

Chapter 4
~Auklet~

I struggled to my footing as I limped twards the lake beside that he clearing.
“Are you sure that its there?” Piplit asked me as he helped support my injured leg.
“ Yea. Look at the map!” I said as I handed the map towards him.
When I got closer I heard two voices. One of a girl about my age and a Buskiy.
“ So it’s a deal then Chuu? Up to the left tempal first then the right one if no onelives at the first one?” The girl asked the creature who she called Chuu.
“Chuu!Chuu Chuu Chuu!!The animal said.
“Good!”She responded. As we enterd the clearing the animal noticed us first then the girl noticed. Quickly she grabbed her sword and shield and sttod defendingly infront of the animal.
“Hello” I said sitting by the lake “ I’m Auklet and this is Piplit” I said smiling .
“ I’m Mayu and this is Chuu.” She said still tense.
“So you must be from Jewelia.” I said chuckling at her poor defending stand.
“ Yea… Were trying to get up to the temple on the left.” She said sitting down beside Chuu.
“Ahh…the Temple of Meditation. No one lives there anymore only at the far temple of Toochae. Only there can a master open a teleport back to Jewelia for you.” Piplit said smiling.
“Ohh..Where is that?” Mayu asked.
Piplit tossed the map at Mayu.
“ Its in the far left corner” Piplit said pointing at it, “ and this is where we are.” He said pointing at the bottem of the map.
“ It takes 30 days to get there from here” I said frowning.
