There was a village ..that was on the back of a great black wolf...every year a girl was to be sent to a cave and left there to die...so the elders said...because if they didn't do this the wolf would shake them off his back and there beautiful traviling village would be no more than dust in the air... Every year things went as will as they were suppose to be..but when the day came for a new beautiful girl to be taken to the cave..sadness swipes the whole town...The vanity of beauty was these girls cures...Each mother wished unspoken words that there daughter would be ugly so they would be safe in there arms forever... Until the last daughter was born Gleania. Gleania was not beautiful as the rest..She was normal in every way ...expect for the desire to leave the village forever...For she had a secret of her own..she wished for a black night to save her from her on going hell in her head.. That time of the year came and a girl must go to the cave...The elders fought and yelled back and forth telling everyone that there town would be gone..for there was no girls to give to the black wolf this year, for they were all ugly.. Gleania came to the towns people and said let me go...I will go and do as i am told by the black wolf, send me all the money u can give...along w/this years best crop. I will talk to the wolf and all will be good... The town took her though the woods for along time.. It was cold almost snow on the ground..and the girl just wore a dress and ribbons in her hair..not even shoes on her feet..she went up to the cave..while the others ran back to the ends of the village.. She waited and waited and waited...in silence..just listening to her heart..until she meet the black wolf...disappointment rained on him like a rain shower.. I maybe not be what u desire i may not be the best in beauty.. but i am what they have to give..take me or leave me .. i will stay w/u until the end of time. the wolf circled her and saw that she meant every word..unlike the rest he has choose his mate forever...showing to her his true form ..the village was saved and no more was taken to the cave..and all around the year it was spring!
