whene i first met you,
i could never known
that i would feel this way-
that i would be this alone.

when we first got togeter
and you held me so tight
i could never have gussed
how lonely i'd be tonight.

and when you first kissed me,
pressed your lips against mine,
i never relized i'd never again find a love so kind.

but when i said i love you,
i swear i lied.
love could never explain
this pain i feel inside.

so? i lied.
what else could i do?!
you no longer wanted me-
and said we were trhough!

i thought i ccould make you stay,
with a simple phrase.
even though i could keep ypu with me
for atlest a cople more days.

but i dont feel
as i did a cople of days before-
no, i dont love you anymore........like i use to way before.
