Introduction - Bobbin's Request
For those who have birthed into our order, I would like to welcome you to the Guild of Weavers past. I, the white swan before you, am Bobbin Threadbare, the renderer of the Pattern and the destroyer of the Loom. The other swan to my left is Cygna, my mother even if she is not by blood.
We used to be humans, part of the Guild that you belong too, but, either by choice or exile, we now appear before you in our transcended state.
I have come to ask you for your help, Weavers of the New. Fifty years ago, the Weavers have battled the Third Shadow, Chaos, and lost. In order to save a piece of the world, I shredded the fabric of reality, the Pattern in half, leaving half of us in the light while the other half descending into Chaos's darkness.
I beseech you now to help me fix my error. By shredding reality into pieces, I have doomed the other half to darkness and slavery. I cannot tell you anymore for I cannot utter those memories for they lie on the other side of the Pattern, in which they may warn Chaos on what I am about to do.
Right now, I would like you to seal all the points of entry on this side of the Pattern from the Dead Ones, Chaos's Army. Do not worry for the Pattern shall guide you to greater strength and power.
After that, I will attempt to fold, utilizing the final vestiges of power left inside this side of the Pattern, space and time in order to send you to the other side of the Pattern, Chaos's Side. My power does not exist there, but you might have a chance.
