Heh. Wrote it lastnight. A favorite most surely. Wasn't crying till I read it. You know it's good when it brings me emotion. That never happens to me with my stuff xP Dismiss me from myself, set free of my duality Your voice inside my head Betraying every thought of us together And peircing into each breath Like metal in flesh. (We'll set eachother free) In an instant, everything can change. We could be strangers Passing from dream to dream, and living for just that moment in life Where you know that you're alive. Caught up for hours untangling the knots, Undoing every step you took and erasing your kiss. I can wait tonight, but I won't wait forever Standing in our self-made paradise, lingering at the door; Do you really want to be strangers? Passing from dream to dream and living for just one moment in life Where you know that you're really alive. Punch in the rewind button. So many second chances Sitting there spoiled like milk on the table. (How foolish of me to think you'd change.) Breathing in every miasma Just to help me forget Those drops I made rain from your eyes. We could've been strangers. Passing from dream to dream and living for just a moment in life Where you actully know that you're alive. Broken chains of rust lay dormant at your door mat, once I could wait forever Standing at this door. Rekindling the kiss of each yesterday, Reliving it day by day. Now it seems though we've been living this dream where everything's perfect and inside we'd scream. Passing from nightmare to nightmare From day to day.
