Slip of the time
It's been years since I...Moved away
Most things have changed and...rarely stay

I ventured outback here again, In solitude and sway
I've felt the emptiness still, Like it was still moving day

Friends I miss are still here...
But the love for someone is now a shadowed smear

Neighbours I used to know, Some are gone
Saddened to see my now trashed old lawn

A slip of the time took potentials all away
Here I gather old memories for several a day

Before time ravages all I used to know
Before the current things melt away like snow

I've been told to forsake the current love I know
Toss away my worldy crutches and alone onwards go

Theres someone here that apparently likes me
But thats a diffent path, beyond another capacity

My bond to what I called family is verywell dead
Some made me hate them, what went through their head?
